Girl on the front desk is very friendly and checked in the foreigner without any problems ☺️ My room was small, but still very comfortable and clean. This price and location is 🔥 that took only ~10mins to get to the West Nanjing Road metro station

The Hotel was good, we mainly chose it because of its central location close to people’s square, which didn’t disappoint.

The living environment is terrible inside the “hotel”, the duvet and pillow set is dirty, there are insects like cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room. The worst of all is the staff attitude, which is disrespectful! And they didn’t state it here, but they do not accept foreigners, not even people with a Hong Kong Identity Card. Anyway an overall very unpleasant experience.

First of all, they should put a sign at the entrance with the name of the hotel. Secondly, the girl who helped me, the word disgusting is too small for her. The room was good with a private bathroom. I would go back to give the Chinese girl a good shake and show her how to treat people.
