Hidden Hills Villas - Small Luxury Hotels of the World Reviews

For our first trip to Bali we chose a 7 night stay in a two bedroom pool villa at Hidden Hills. It was absolutely the perfect oasis that we were looking for after days full of sight seeing. We traveled with our 15 and 8 year old sons. The restaurant Hidden Gem, up the stairs on the property is very convenient, with a great cocktail menu, wine list and dinner as well as breakfast offerings. Not to mention, THE best view of the sunset! As you return to your villa after dinner, the scent of incense greets you on the patio, and there are candles and diffusers in the indoor seating area to welcome you back. The staff is really wonderful- they were available via Whatsapp for whatever we needed. We are looking forward to visiting Hidden Hills on our next trip to Bali!

Need to have a phone in the room….

The room is quite new and quite big. The newly decorated tableware is neatly placed. The waiters are very friendly and clean twice a day. The view is also very good. If you order breakfast alone, it will cost about 150 yuan for an American or continental breakfast. The disadvantage is that there are some bugs crawling around. There is no elevator if you have a lot of luggage. It’s a bit tiring to climb the stairs, but you can pay a tip to ask the waiter to move it. If there are cars passing by at night, the noise will be louder, especially the racing motorcycles.

This is a villa with spectacular views. The main selling point is the view of the hillside overlooking the sea. Their service attitude is good, but I feel that the price/performance ratio is not very high. You can stay in a beautiful villa for three times the price of staying elsewhere. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the villa, and there was no hot water for bathing. When I told the staff, they only told me to wait five to ten minutes before there would be hot water. But after waiting for a long time, there was still no hot water. As a result, my boyfriend and I gave up. It was very cold after bathing. bath, hoping it can improve the hot water problem

The staff are very helpful and the service is very good. The hotel has a nice view, but it's not big. I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel at night and was stuck in traffic for a long time😢😢😢

Basically no services, facilities are okay.

The hotel facilities are very new, and the service personnel are not skilled enough. Good place for sunset viewing. It is suitable for resting in the hotel for a completely relaxing holiday. The environment is beautiful and quiet.

We stayed at Hidden Hills Villas not that long ago, and now that we’ve booked another trip to Hidden Hills Villas, we felt compelled to finally share our thoughts from our last stay. Simply put, it was spectacular. From the breathtaking views to the warm and attentive service, everything exceeded our expectations. We promised ourselves we’d leave a review because it was truly one of the best vacations we’ve ever had—and now we can’t wait to experience it all over again! We can’t wait to see the beautiful Balinese smiles. And we can’t wait to try the new spa. Probably the only missing piece for us for a complete vacation.

Lovely resort in an incredible setting, overseen by remarkable management. The team clearly knows their craft! It's a truly remarkable place to experience. Plus, the price is very reasonable for what you get. I look forward to visiting again as soon as I can.

The location is great, and it is closed to many restaurants, bars, and beaches. The villa was large, well maintained, and immaculate, thumbs up to the housekeeping team! The decoration is lovely, and the mattress is so comfy. The main highlight is the team. They are all genuinely friendly and professional and went the extra mile to make my stay a perfect one. I will definitely come back with my family soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Hidden Hills. We would love to say thank you to Putu, Risma, Eka, Dandy, Adi and so many others that went above and beyond to make our stay in Uluwatu a truly special experience. The food and drinks at the Hidden Gem lounge were outstanding. The menu was crafted beautifully and with intention. High quality food at a fair price. No complaints on food safety and no Bali Belly. We stayed in the beautiful Santorini Villa and enjoyed nice sunsets and clean quarters. We also booked some day trips through Hidden Hills and the driver Putu was an outstanding and knowledgeable guide that went out of his way to make sure we made the most of our experience and time in Bali. We cherished our conversations and time spent with Putu. I did see some reviews with complaints about insects but this was not an issue in our experience, the bathroom IS an outdoor bathroom in a tropical climate. So there was the occasional mosquito bite but citronella candles and other preventative measures were taken by Hidden Hills to keep this inconvenience to a minimum. Very very nice, cosy, and exclusive place. The staff is extremely nice and helpful! They were proactive in helping us in almost everything (booking cabs for us, restaurants, and guiding us around). The view is mesmerising, especially during sunsets.

You understand ethos of the Hidden Hills team well before you even enter the property. Right from the inquiry we made you come to understand the warmness of the team. The airport pick-up from the ever friendly Putu to the entire team from check-in to the butler team to restaurant....a harmonious unison. The team makes this Villa. Yes there is construction happening but it's the case for all of Bali. The property is small and private away from it all but close enough to catch a quick Grab taxi for a short hop to one of the many beaches, beach clubs and restaurants. Already planning next visit.
