Very dissatisfied with this hotel. After checking in, the air conditioner suddenly broke down, so I was asked to change rooms. I didn't say anything and was changed anyway. There is construction going on upstairs which is very noisy. The toilet smells really bad once you enter the room. The air conditioner has a very high air volume and it still doesn't work even when it is turned up to the maximum. I won't stay there again anyway.

The front desk and cleaning staff are seriously lacking in training and management

For example, the hotel was under renovation recently without informing the guests in advance. I booked the hotel a week in advance, but when I arrived at the hotel at night, they told me that if I didn’t accept it, I had to cancel it myself and find a hotel. They also didn’t reimburse the travel expenses (this was the attitude of the front desk staff). The solution given by the store manager the next day was reasonable.
