Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. Breakfast was ample and delicious, despite not having any cheese and no omelette station. The staff was friendly and helpful. Close to the zoo and the United Family Hospital. Would definitely stay again.

Can’t say much, but I enjoyed that little time that I spend there. It’s just they didn’t congratulate me on my birthday there😆 not a big deal but for some reason I expected that from the hotel of that level)))

I have stayed at Courtyard many times over the years, and this time is the worst. You can see how serious the water leakage in the bathroom is. I felt that my slippers were floating on the water when I came out. The hair dryer was also half broken, and the settings were too bad. The only thing I can be satisfied with is the room service. The auntie cleaned it very well and the front desk delivered things very quickly. But the bathroom facilities are really too bad.

Although it is quite old, after all, it has been open for so many years, the carpet is a bit arched, and children and the elderly are easy to trip. I hope it can be improved. The bedding is quite comfortable. This room type is enough for the elderly and children. The surrounding environment is good and lush. The hotel's architectural style and the scenery of the Suzhou River are added points. There are also Changfeng Joy City, Kintetsu Plaza and other shopping malls with a variety of restaurants not far away. Although the breakfast is not large in quantity, it wins in quality control. The noodle stall also has a robotic arm to cook noodles, and the tablet can be used for self-service ordering. Compared with the Marriott in Zizhu Park, this one is still quite cost-effective. It is a four-star hotel, so the requirements cannot be too high.

The room is clean and hygienic, check-in is fast, transportation is convenient, it only takes 30 minutes by taxi from Hongqiao Airport and Railway Station, the overall service is also good, but it is inconvenient without robot food delivery
