Great hotel service and location. Love the design of the hotel and the spaciousness of the room. I travel with my parent and the room's dining table and chair is the most used space for in room dining. Very good for days you are tired of travelling out for meals! Excellent location as well with several malls, food options and nanjing road just beside the hotel. Walkable distance to bund and many other places as well

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The location is extremely strategic—right next to East Nanjing Pedestrian Street and only about a 7–10 minute walk to the Bund, which made sightseeing and shopping very convenient.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations. The hotel also provides a laundry room with washer, dryer, and detergent, as well as a small gym with basic equipment. We didn’t make use of these amenities during our stay, but it’s nice to know they’re available for guests.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value with its combination of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful facilities. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai.

This is what I took the photo from room, i stayed 8th floor the bund view, very good 👍
Service are great, all reception can assist very well even they can't speak English, willing to help always.
Clean the room but bit of humid on the room cuz there are not separate bathrooms, however, when you turn on aircon for bit, all clear.
Breakfast is very simple and clean, Asian based(of cause bit of bread ,jams, salad, bacon and eggs) which is still i like that.
Location is closed enough to Nanjing main Rd, all around walking distance.
If I visit next time in Shanghai, I wish to back here!

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel for 4 nights and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, always going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. I was particularly impressed when they arranged a special surprise for my son—a delicious cake that made his day extra special. The hotel's location next to Nanjing Road was also a big plus, making it convenient for shopping and exploration. Overall, a fantastic stay that I highly recommend!
