The hotel is very close to two train stations, the city center, and places to eat. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was as pictured, the bed was a bit uncomfortable, but otherwise everything was fine. Toiletries, towels, and a hairdryer were provided.

Perfect location, just one stop from the station, and good metro connections to all the must-see attractions. My only complaint is the dirtiness of the hallways, especially the stairwell.

The front desk staff is not at all friendly. The only nice person is the lady who cleans the room. I asked for an extra pillow because I have a leg problem, and they refused. When we tried to renew our stay for a couple more days (out of necessity), they raised the price.
Don't go there; the hallways are dirty and everything is in disrepair.
