In order to prepare for my daughter's intermediate exam, I let her stay near the exam site for two nights, which saved her the trouble of running back and forth to the exam site. She could also go back to the hotel to rest during the exam. Taking three exams a day is quite tiring, and this choice can relieve her stress.

Front desk attendant Bai Xuege remembered that I don't like hot water, and Lin Zi and Haonan always leave their own cooler in the room for extended stays. The service was incredibly thoughtful. The cleaning lady noticed I had a habit of leaving my slippers at the foot of the bed and would go out of her way to put them back there each day, even quietly replenishing my nearly-used toiletries. These aren't standard procedures, but rather details that truly reflect the guests' needs, which makes for a truly heartwarming experience. The room itself is truly built to withstand the test of a long-term stay. The bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing me to fall into a deep sleep every day after a business trip. The lighting and ventilation are excellent, eliminating the feeling of being in a long-term hotel. The cleanliness is impeccable, spotless from the desk to the bathroom corners, even dust-free in the carpet crevices. The book bar and restaurant downstairs have become my regular haunts. When I'm working late, I grab a coffee in the book bar, a quiet and relaxing place to catch up on work. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, with seasonal variations, ensuring a satisfying meal every day. Over the past three months, I've truly felt the warmth of Atour's "humanistic care." It's not just a blunt service, but a caring, friendly presence. This will definitely be my first choice when I return to this city, and I sincerely recommend it to anyone looking for a long-term stay or a quality experience!
