The room I originally booked was a Korean-style tatami room (no windows) priced at more than 900 for two nights. I thought it was too expensive. The air conditioner in the room only had heating that night, so I was moved to a 2-bed room. This room was much better! It is recommended that you just book a room with a bed. You really don’t want to book a Korean-style tatami. I give 100 points to my service staff that night! ! I give it high marks for service and attitude. It was already 1 o'clock in the morning when I checked in at the hotel, and he was very polite to help me change rooms. I failed in hygiene. The next morning I found the socks of the previous group of guests in a cabinet in the toilet. I felt quite disgusting and uncomfortable.

The room is very clean. The only drawback is that there is no window. The hotel service is okay. The key location is good. It is very close to Koreatown. It is just a few steps downstairs and has a lot of food.

The location of the hotel is very good, right on Korea Street. It is very convenient to travel and there is everything to eat, drink and have fun in the surrounding area. Bella, the front desk employee, was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. Check-in was quick and efficient. She patiently introduced us to hotel services and facilities and answered various questions. Not to mention the room. The layout is warm and comfortable, spacious and bright. The bed is soft and soft, just like at home. All facilities are complete and in good condition, the lighting brightness is appropriate, the TV picture is clear, and the WiFi signal is strong. There is no peculiar smell in the bathroom and the toiletries are of good quality. The hotel is very cost-effective and I feel extremely comfortable staying here. I will choose this hotel without hesitation next time! 👍
