Booked the family suite. Room is spacious, clean and nice. Very satisfied with our stay here. Few minutes walk to train station of Line14&10 YuYuan. Service is good. Also, can get a good view of the Bund from hotel. The bund is also just a few minutes walk away from hotel.

This hotel offers a luxurious experience, with spacious, well-appointed suites and thoughtful amenities. The food is excellent, and the afternoon tea provides a generous selection. However, the building's design limits natural light and views from the rooms. While the staff is well-trained, English proficiency is limited beyond the front desk. The pool and gym are small but functional. Complimentary minibar items are a nice touch, though hard liquor is excluded. Overall, it's a high-end stay, but given the price, one might expect slightly more.

I live in Shanghai Metropolis, so a long weekend break in Songjiang was much-needed, and your hotel was my first pick as I am an IHG Member!!!!! Just take a look at my photos, and you'll see my happy face!! The experience at the hotel and the surrounding area was fabulous!!!! Wonderful, helpful, pleasant, smiling staff - from GM Richard Hng, to Director of Rooms, Mike, to Alisa who told me about my gift at check-out, to Seven at check-in, to Alex the bus-boy who carried my luggage and was so helpful , to the doorman who hailed me taxis and held the door open . . . .to the dining staff...to the housekeeping staff.....THANK YOU for my wonderful memories!!! Songjiang is beautiful and cultural..I enjoyed Guangfulin Park, a ride on the Green Line in a tram, Thames Town, and, of course, meeting friendly people, so wonderful as I travel everywhere alone!! I hope to return to your area in March for the sakura in the park!!

The accommodation environment here is spacious and quiet, which makes people completely relax and feel rare comfort and tranquility. However, what impressed me most was the management team of Senz. They won our respect with excellent management and professional service. From the overall operation of the hotel to the details, whether it is room service, catering service or other needs, they can get a quick and satisfactory response. This efficient and energetic team ensured that every need of ours was met, bringing us an excellent accommodation experience. Next is Estilo Restaurant. The food here is simply amazing! From the diversity and characteristics of the menu to the chef's superb cooking skills, to the delicious dishes, everything is amazing. Moreover, their service is first-rate, from pre-meal preparation to post-meal finishing, every link is well organized and meticulous. Whether it is a gathering with friends or a business banquet, Estilo Restaurant is an ideal choice. Special thanks to Mr. Noel and Charles for their hospitality. As for Ivy at the Spa, her professional skills and friendly service are unforgettable. Her massage techniques are skillful and in place, which makes me feel extremely relaxed and relieved after a busy work. Ivy is extremely sensitive to the needs of each guest and can accurately provide the most appropriate SPA services. Her professional knowledge and enthusiastic service made my experience in the Spa reach the extreme. Overall, Senz Hotel, Estilo Restaurant and the Spa have provided us with excellent service and experience. Whether it is the facilities, services or the professionalism of the management team, I am deeply satisfied. I highly recommend Senz Hotel and Estilo Restaurant to all friends who are looking for high-quality services and food, and I would also like to thank Ivy for the meticulous SPA service she provided us. This hotel is very convenient to access to the hub shopping Centre and very close to the train station. It is also close to the terminal 2 and a taxi ride to terminal 1 is only twenty minutes away. The room design is probably different from other hotels but was actually for me comfortable. on the ground floor had a single bed with a kitchen and alot of electrical sockets for convenience, also a toilet on the ground floor. On the second floor had a double bed which was rather cozy, the second floor had also a shower that was great. I will use this hotel again when iam in Shanghai Hongqiao for its location and comfort .

Great hotel and nice location with shopping street and mall just around the corner. About 20 minutes walk to the Hongqiao railway station via underpass. Would recommend to set up a small laundry room for business travelers.

Great view for a short time staycation, some of the decoration near the room door was unstable, might need to get fixed. The Chinese restaurant on the 43 floor worth a try, we ordered Beijing duck, a salad, fried rice with black truffle, and a dessert which looks like lychee, the dinner cost more than the room rate, but it’s worth a try.

Convenient location for first timer Very near metro Line number 2, around 5 to 10 minutes walk and nanjing pedestrian street and the bund. Even yu garden is walkable. Free laundry service and dryer There is even a porridge for supper- one time use. The room is more than adequate and clean. The bed is comfortable enough. There is even clothes line Will definitely be a good location to stay. This is part of a tour hotel. Convenient store and coffee shop nearby .

overall is great. walk only 5 mins. to subway no.10 line we stayed here for 13 days. hotel staffs are so friendly. they even asked me to add their wechat in case I need any help. the staff named Yoyo helped me to order delivery at night even though she was already off her shift. One thing that could bother the guests are hotel surroundings. there's a fresh market in the same building of the hotel. so there may be some noises or smell (but the room I stayed was quiet and fine). anyway, if you like to see local people's lives and enjoy local foods, staying here is nice. by the way, they don't provide toothbrush & toothpaste in the room. you have to ask the front.

The hotel smell with cigarettes. We had to stay at the room full of the cigarette smell for the night coz we arrived late and couldn’t be bothered to change room. It was great they changed the room straight away but then I smell the cigarette again at the corridor. It’s a non smoking hotel but guests are still allowed to smoke in the room. The laundry was disgusting, I can’t wash the clothes coz the washing machine was full of detergent and dryer wasn’t working. The room was big though and location was good Will not stay here again.
