What a bizarre and poor experience! Yes, the room is fine. Yes, the location is fine. But …. The check in staff are rather gormless, and the security guard at the door needs to learn how to approach people - he obviously didn’t like the look of us and he wanted other staff to verify we were residents. We were made to feel uncomfortable. The bizarre element though is the rooftop restaurant. There are NO lights, other than a few background neons. No lights! So when we asked for light to be turned on so that we could see to eat our dinner. No. No chance. Meanwhile loud banging music blared out, and all the staff sat themselves down to watch a football match showing on the big screen on one wall of the restaurant. We used the torches on our phones to allow us to eat and left as soon as possible. Bizarre. Hence - the lowest score we could register.
