The service is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, there is a shared bathroom, the only drawback is that the upper bunk is too high and it is inconvenient to find customer service to change the lower bunk. It was quickly solved. I am satisfied

The public area is relatively small, the room ventilation is not very good, and the walls and handrails don't look very clean. The service staff and roommates are friendly

The environment of this youth hostel is OK. I feel that the ladder for the bunk beds is too high, which makes it inconvenient to go up and down. The furniture is relatively old, but everything else is OK.

The bed in the room is quite satisfactory, the location is good, and it is convenient for travel, but there are too many people.

The location is close to Seville Cathedral and easy to access the center. I liked the spacious kitchen and the abundance of cooking utensils. They provide free dinner and paella cooking classes, so you can have a great time. You can have a great time just by participating in events provided by the hostel. The bed was also very comfortable. I want to use it again next time

Solid hostel, better than some of the more expensive, supposedly better, ones. There’s no breakfast option, or towels provided (but can be rented for €3), but it’s a solid option. It’s well-located, with good bathrooms and a decent-sized kitchen/lounge area (although it’s always busy!) A dorm room here can cost less than half of what some other hostels are charging. I found the shared dorm comfortable, with all beds in my room having privacy curtains, lights, electrical and USB sockets. Less positive is the low number of shared bathroom facilities for the number of guests and the front door in the evenings presents a security risk. Overall, good value for money.

The location of the hostel is great, right in the city center and you can go everywhere on foot. I was in a mixed 10-bed room, each bed had a curtain which I appreciated a lot and the beds were comfy. I asked for an extra blanket because this month was extremely cold and rainy in Seville and the window of the room was kept open during the night. Special shout out to Aleksandra for helping me with an extra blanket right away. Everyone else working at the reception together with the Manager Diego was there to help with clean towels, if something needed fixing and a quiet working area. I was working from the hostel, wifi signal was great, the only downside for me is the cold/draught in the common areas, there was no way to heat the rooms so I was sitting in my jacket all the time. The bathrooms on the ground floor have showers + toilets together in 2 private rooms, which was much better than in other places where everything is communal. Other floors have more toilets, but they are communal. Volunteers that work there helped keep the place clean, cooked for us for free and organized different activities. I loved spending time with them. Huge thank you to Suzanna, Kim, Hazim, Theo and Matteo for creating this familiar athmosphere and for being so diligent!

I stayed at this hostel for a few weeks while taking Spanish classes at a nearby school and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I came from SVQ and it was one buss ride and a short walk from the airport to the hostel. The facilities are great. There’s plenty of bathrooms so you never have to wait. The bunks are spacious- you can sit up in them. They also have a shelf, private outlet, and light. There is a large locker for every bed you only need to bring a lock. If you don’t have a lock, you can buy one there. The kitchen has EVERYTHING- including an oven! I haven’t seen many hostel kitchens with ovens! Theres plenty of plates, knives, cutting boards, pot, and pans, too. If you need to work on your laptop, the common area has plenty of outlets. There’s also free computers if you need one. The hostel has lots of activities, including a free dinner every night which is a great way to save money and meet mew people. They also had a free flamenco show at a local bar, pub crawl, and a paella class. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They clean every day, the bathrooms get cleaned multiple times a day. I couldn’t believe it. The location is great, its a 5 minute walk to three different grocery stores, and a 10 minute walk to lots of the big attractions like the setas de sevilla and the cathedral. Really enjoyed my time here and grateful to the staff for all their help. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Very good vibes and location (walkable to anywhere in Sevilla). Loved all my hostelmates and loved the staff (special shoutout to Santi, who is really really kind and will go out of his way to make you feel welcomed in Seville, has a great work ethic and a big heart). But all were nice, Edoardo and Alexandra were also very exemplary! Clean and I felt very safe. Good common room and patio and interactive events. I only wish there was some available breakfast to purchase outside the vending machine! Otherwise I had a great time and in my opinion this is the only option for younger and/or open-minded travellers staying in Sevilla! Book quick because spots fill up soon :)

I had a good stay! The accommodations were nice; notably, the bathrooms were cleaned routinely, multiple times during the day. I liked the activities being hosted every night and I was glad that they were advertised clearly. The hostel is located within walking distance of popular areas; however, sounds from the street were quite audible in the room, making it challenging to sleep (coming from a light sleeper).

I reached out to Black Swan after experiencing a severe case of bedbugs September 2024- completely ruining my honeymoon. Management minimized my pain and suffering even after sending pictures of the bites all over my eyelids and body. They failed to reconcile with me and stopped communicating with me.

The animation staff of volunteers were super nice and made my stay there really nice. They would Cook sometimes meals for us, they would organize activities at the hostel and would accompagny us in the city to have fun. The rooms were big and well climatized. The bed were really confortable, but sadly without curtains to have privacy. The toilets were smelly most of the time, so this was annoying, but overall it was a good experience.
