This is my second time staying at this hotel. The room is super clean and bright, the waiter is very nice, and it is pet-friendly + 100 points! Seville is beautiful, I look forward to staying here again!

Everything was almost perfect ㅠ but the ending.. The minibar is free, but I couldn't clean the room because I was sick, so I couldn't get my drinks in the middle~ So my husband got his drinks separately, but we were charged 3.5 euros when we checked out;; I explained the situation; If you drink from the minibar, it's free anyway.. We didn't drink all the drinks and asked for just one. But they said they couldn't help it and charged us; It wasn't a big deal, but.. This ending made me feel bad ㅠ

The room is large and exquisite. Everything is in good condition. The facilities are complete. The toiletries are all from L'Occitane. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. I will choose to stay here again next time.

The location is really good The room is a bit dark, water accumulates easily in the bathroom and is slippery.

It is very close to the Plaza de Armas and can be reached on foot after taking the bus from Granada. At the same time, the first stop of the airport bus is also in the Plaza de Armas, so the transportation is very convenient for tourists who need to transfer. You can basically walk to all attractions here, there are a lot of food nearby, and the facilities are complete. This hotel has a great environment and is tastefully decorated. The hygiene situation is also very good. Everything in the minibar is actually free, with lots of drinks, and a bottle of champagne is also given when you check in. The bath products in the room are also from L'Occitane. Although the room is not large in size, it feels good to stay there. The only thing that needs improvement is that the chiffon bed curtain above the bed has a bit of a pungent smell.

The biggest feature of the hotel is that it provides various gifts, and I have been receiving gifts since I arrived. There was champagne when we arrived and a whole bottle was given in the room. The front desk is a very cute little handsome guy from Seville. He greets us with a smile every day and answers all questions. All service staff are very serious about answering questions and helping when requested. The mini bar is also free. The room was very spacious.
