New great hotel with reasonable price.. breakfast meal was nice and hotel was located with the ioi shopping mall.. Thank you.

The design of the whole hotel is young trendy bordering on ‘edgy’ and I can see that it would appeal to a younger crowd. Rooms are less than spacious Love the large TV! No wardrobe just pegs on the wall. Like the comfortable bed and pillows. Service is good and the crew attentive except we checked in when it was the school holidays so even tho they opened 4 or 5 counters to check in the customers - still it took 35-40 mins before I was finally attended to. Nevertheless we had a good time and would recommend the place

Fast check in and check out. They allow us to leave our bags at check in while we go for lunch at IOI mall before departing for the airport. Rooms, beds are clean and comfortable. No wardrobes to hang your clothes but they provide knobs on the wall with hangers. Ironing is in a room outside on the same floor with 2 irons and ironing boards. Will definitely come again for shopping without the traffic jams and crowds in KL.

Comfortable stay, limited breakfast variety but great teh tarik! I had a pleasant stay here — the room was clean, cozy, and quiet plus connected with IOI Mall. Perfect for a short getaway or business trip. Breakfast was decent, though the selection was quite limited. It would be great to see more variety in the future. The highlight for me? The live teh tarik station! Freshly pulled and really tasty — a nice local touch that made breakfast more enjoyable. Overall, a comfy hotel with friendly staff. Just needs a bit more variety in the morning spread. Would still recommend for a relaxing stay and shopping.

Hotel was superb! My only single complaint is that the breakfast stations weren't properly manned. I have to look for kitchen staff to prepare soft boiled eggs and teh tarik.

Was arranged to a corner room at 2 floor, very bad view from window, after requesting, changed to a room at 11 floor, looks ok.

Full star review, price ok, service ok, location ok, amenities all ok. Overall package is pretty good. I like the M alphabet brand hotel.

Location good, easy access to the mall with good food. Great gym! Rooms are great and clean

Room space quite small for the one I chose.. But still comfortable.. Interior design is nice.. Bed n Pillow comfortable.. Water heater and air condition works well.. The lobby is funky n lovely..

The service was amazing with free shuttle to KLIA. I am definitely will come back to this hotel. Thanks Moxy Putrajaya yeam service
