Location at Kota Warisan is close to KLIA. Took about less than 15 minutes. The owner provide an easy instruction to reach the room. Less hassle and friendly owner. Fast reaction.

The support from the owner was very helpful and overall cleanliness of the unit was great.. The owner has established guidelines for connecting to the Wifi and using the TV box.. Faculties provided like refrigerator and kitchen utensils were good for short staying.. The surrounding has various variety of food choice and there is a local shopping mall-KIP Mall just in case needs of any groceries supply...

Overall good. But the sofa was hard. So my nephews prefer to sleep on the floor on the matress given. As for the security, difficult to get through him as he didnt answer my calls before & he was not at the counter as mentioned.
