Good day to all! We stayed at Tuana Brook Pool Access located in the Chalong area. Everything is great, the kids are delighted, but the location is a bit of a letdown, the closest 7.11 is 800 meters away. There is a market nearby for locals, but the choice of food for Europeans is poor. The hotel has a free shuttle to (the sea) Tuana Casa Del Sol 4 times a day. We stayed without breakfast - we found out that there is no buffet and refused. In general, I recommend the hotel!

The room is small and the facilities are old. The air conditioner doesn't cool. The breakfast doesn't have much variety. It's very convenient to connect to the swimming pool. You can swim right outside the balcony. In general, it's OK as a transitional hotel. After all, the price is not high.

We spent 2 very pleasant nights in this hotel. The room was clean, large and had direct access to the pool. The breakfast was complete and good, good value for money. We were well received, and the staff was attentive.

The hotel is next to Chalong Pier, so it is very convenient to go diving for two consecutive days without having to get up too early. The hotel is also very quiet, because it is not directly facing the street, so there is not much noise from motorcycles. Overall, it is completely worth the price and well received.

The hotel itself has a wonderful concept, each room has a private exit to the pool, the interior is decorated in a tropical style, but we were disappointed with the cleanliness, the rooms are not cleaned at all, when we checked in we found hair on the floor, a dirty toilet, a shelf in the bathroom, as well as food in the refrigerator from previous guests.
