My 3rd time staying in Amourex! Will definitely be back again as my kid and husband love it!

Didn’t realized the check in time is at 2200 but the front desk was nice and let us leave our belongings so we can go around the town. Also I came from Japan, we have different plugs but they had several chargers already in the room. About 10 min walk from the station. Convenient store is pretty close too.

I booked this hotel with an important want. Airport shuttle, as a single traveler it is important for me to have this to get to and from the hotel to airport on these quick over night layovers. This hotel advertised this but doesn’t have the service. When I called to get the shuttle they advised me no shuttle but they offered to order the taxi to pick me up and deliver me. I appreciate this kindness from hotel staff, they understood my concerns and offered to help. Sometimes a taxi driver will take a foreigner on an extra tour to get more money and as I don’t really know where the hotel is I need to feel comfortable that I am getting to the right place. Very nice and clean house. In the old town near Dongdaemun, there are restaurants and coffee shops downstairs☕️ It is especially recommended to stay with children. The room is large and has a bathtub There is a refrigerator and a computer on the table, which is very good. The front desk answered all questions and gave sugar and coffee☕️.

The condition is a mess. The cleaning and the facilities. It looks like it's just a love hotel.

The facilities are very different from the photos, and the cleanliness is very poor, with hair and dust on the floor; Perhaps because it was the peak season, the prices were expensive and I felt like I was blinded.

There is no breakfast room, the soundproofing is not good, and there are many hourly rooms for young couples. It is not recommended for business or family use.

It's a clean, quiet hotel with lots of good restaurants nearby, so my friends often use it when they go on business trips~~~

I had something urgent to do, and the store refused to agree to check out, but they didn't reply. No refund, no way to rate.

The room was very dirty, with cobwebs and dust everywhere, and it was gloomy. I changed rooms 3 times, but they were all equally dirty (one of them could not open the door, and I had to go up and down the elevator 6 times). I really can't live here.

The bathroom smelled of cigarettes and there were cigarette butts in the shower. But the employee's reaction of saying it was nothing is even more absurd. I was there because I had to go take my child's essay test, but I wasn't in a good mood. And they do not serve breakfast (please provide accurate information).

The room size is okay, but the price in Korea cannot be compared with the same price in China. There are two people cleaning the room together, roughly around nine or ten o'clock, but if you need to clean it, you have to tell them because there is no cleaning sign in the room. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas, and the space is not large. The hotel provides slippers, shower gel, shampoo, bath towels, etc., but you need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, which is similar to domestic hotels. The room has a dedicated fixed data line, which is more convenient. The hotel lobby is small and the service is pretty good. Due to a temporary change in the itinerary, I checked out early. After directly contacting Ctrip customer service, I went to the hotel. The front desk had not received the platform information, but I still quickly completed the check-out procedure. There are convenience stores 711 and CU nearby, which is more convenient.
