Breakfast options are amazing. Location is good, about 5 min walk to line #9 and about 20 min walk to line #5. Yeouido park is just around the corner. At night, be sure to check out the city view from Seogang bridge (just a few minute walk from the hotel)

Front desk not able to understand simple English. Take longer time to know what guest needs. Room plugs not working. Need to go front desk to borrow the adapter.

Good Friendly

The hotel atmosphere was generally calm and the staff were very friendly. I enjoyed the Dubu Lounge happy hour, welcome tea time, and breakfast. Although there weren't many or diverse options, the composition wasn't bad^^ The room was generally clean and the cleaning was good. However, the view wasn't a city view, but just a building view. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ That part was a bit disappointing, but everything else was good^^

Hotel with terrible service, they have the American flag and none of the staff has a medium level of English, it is shameful. They do not know how to give any kind of information nor are they interested in what the guest needs. The shaving or dental kits that are free in 4* or higher hotels are charged for here. Finally, the hotel does not have the tax free option, like other hotels in Seoul that do offer this possibility.

The room facilities are very old, but it's relatively clean. There is almost no view on the lower floors of the fourth floor, facing other buildings, which is fine, anyway, I go out during the day. The worst thing is that I don't know what machine is in the opposite building, it makes a booming sound all day long, and the single-layer windows are not soundproof at all. It stops at about 11 pm, and then starts again at around 7 am. This kind of sound is not serious when the TV is on, but it is deadly when you are sleeping quietly. Light sleepers should choose carefully.

When I asked for a wine glass, they brought it right away and I had a comfortable rest. The breakfast was also provided neatly and was nice. In addition, it was nice that it was possible to add non-guests, so friends who couldn't come late at night could join us in the morning and eat together.

It was very disappointing. I heard on SNS that the food quality was good, but I was very disappointed. I came on a family trip, but I ended up fighting with my wife. It might be very inconvenient for those who use the bidet.

It's old, but it's friendly and the location is great, so I use it often when traveling on business. I used it this time again without any inconvenience, and it's nice to have a good rest. Parking is also convenient
