Great location. Near myeongdong. They have c u minimart also which is very convenient to stay. Love it

Comfy room with nice view and facilities in the hotel. 5 mins walk from subway station to hotel and wow pass machine in lobby which is super convenience for tourist. Room with the view of N Seoul Tower and bluetooth speaker and can watch Youtube and Netflix on TV. Friendly staff in the hotel and especially the staff in concierge. Highly recommend and will definitely come back for next trip in Seoul

We had a great time celebrating ***** New Year. The room was clean and comfortable, with an awesome view of Namsan Tower. The indoor swimming pool was decent but too small and crowded. The executive room privilege was nice, especially during happy hour. However, the breakfast in the executive lounge was average, as there weren’t many options compared to other hotel buffets

Comfortable warmly decorated rooms with basic essentials, toiletries are chargeable items. Only negative is room temperature is centrally controlled and temperature control in room do not work efficiently hence room remain overly hot.

Service was amazing, warmly greeted by all the staff! No issue with cleanliness other than a weird smell in the bathroom but the cleaners attended to it quickly. We were lucky to get a good view from our room, and lucky to experience snow during my stay there. Food and desserts were perfect. They had a cash currency exchange machine at the lobby that couldn’t accept overseas cards. Location wise, its 15mins walk to the station, Airport express stops directly at this hotel. Just pay to the driver. Really convenient for this one, about 1hr30mins to Incheon Airport.

The hotel is in a good location and has great views. Overall the service is good, but we did have some trouble getting the free breakfast we paid for and it took speaking to a manger to get the free breakfast in the King’s restaurant. We also had access to the Lounge with our room category which saved us money since the meals had a good selection. We booked the hotel with some friends who had trouble with the power going out in their room. I would like to thank Jacob Lee, the manager, for his help getting them a new room and moving them. One reason I gave a low score for cleanliness is because my friend stepped on a piece of glass in her room and we found our room to be dusty. The hotel gym also was not very clean and no one wiped down the machines or mats after use. The hotel sauna was nice and better than most traditional bath houses. The rooms are nice and I loved the views from the Namsan side. The room has blackout curtains and noise-proof windows. The bathroom was a little small, but the bathtub was nice to have. I would recommend upgrading for a view of Namsan Tower and access to the Club Lounge.

In fact, so many things were good about this hotel and most of the staff were kin (despite not always Necessarily very helpful to the hotel policy). However, I'm putting only 2/5 for service because the last day when I was leaving I wanted to ask one of the front desk staff a question and the way she reply to me with her hand from afar without saying a word in the most impolite and condescending manner, which is very shocking not only because I'm a client but also that it comes from a korean (as if she was telling me to shutup) because she was busy talking to her colleagues apparently that they were squatting and hidden by the desk. I think she is the same girl who ran toward a guy who seems to be either a celebrity or a cheabol to welcome him warmly and do his paperwork with other staff members. One of her colleagues came towards me and I mumbled with a few words saying that this was very unprofessional. In fact, it was not only unprofessional but it was extremely impolite. I hope that they will talk to her so she can work on her manners better especially when it comes to clients. It is a pity because I can't even remember the good deeds of her colleagues because of what she did. Was the experience ok? yes it was ok except for this very extremely unpleasant experience a few hours before I left Korea. Will I ever go back again?!!! Never! Despite that there are some hotels that are very far from the city center like walker hill, I still go every year just because they have the best staff and service.

The hotel was a pleasant stay, not our first time here. The rooms were large and spacious, well furnished and very comfortable.

It was okay. Not great. Their interior was very thin, little noise isolation with outside. The happy hour is little bit short but food quality is okay. Great view, but little bit far from local public transportation.

We stayed in a room with a Namsan view. The room layout is modern and clean, and the space is just right. The bed and pillows are comfortable—I had a good night's sleep during my stay. However, what I felt was lacking for a 5-star hotel was the staff’s attitude toward serving guests. In particular, the reception staff were not responsive or helpful. The nearest train station is Dongguk University. On the way there, there's a slope leading down to the station. Coming back, this slope can be tiring to climb. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families traveling with elderly parents, as the uphill walk may be inconvenient.

Hotel look and feel is of a 5 star but that is where it stops. No amenities provided and only available with payment, room cleaning service is extremely poor. Train station nearby which is good
