A little different from the advertising

The room is a good size. The room is very big. There is a bathtub. The toilet is automatic. It is very warm. The bed is soft and comfortable. It is easy to travel and not far from Shin-Chon BTS.

The hotel location is great! About 7 minutes from the subway station. The airport bus station is 2 minutes away. The room is big enough and has a big bathtub. There is a theater and convenience store in isolation! Will stay again next time I come

The staff were kind and it was a comfortable 3 days. It was close to Shinchon Station and there were many delicious restaurants, so I think I'd like to stay in Shinchon again next time. I recommend it.

The front desk is very good at chatting and makes people very happy. The location is close to the Sinchon subway station. In fact, it is also very close from Ewha University Station. It is a straight road. Occasionally, facial masks are provided (occasionally, sometimes like crystal clear)

I booked a hotel for two consecutive nights. After the first night, I was told to pack my luggage and leave at 12 noon. I checked in again at 8 pm. The female customer service took the room card and my child and I had to pack our things in the dark. Within a minute, the female customer service was standing at the door and kept urging us to leave. I said please give me some time to change clothes and pack up as soon as possible to leave. The female customer service stood at the door and kept yelling impatiently, then went out and called another *** to break into the room. I was changing clothes half-naked, so I quickly hid in the bathroom. The *** clearly saw me half-naked and still broke into the room. The child couldn't stop him at all. He saw me covering my face Half naked, no apology at all, looking at me slowly, I asked him to leave quickly, and kept saying in English that he would give me five minutes, and then he left in a huff. This is totally a trespassing crime in China, so disgusting. If there were men there, he would have been beaten up long ago. He bullied women and children, had no moral bottom line, and no professional ethics. Even if we left a few minutes late, it was because we didn't know that we needed to leave after staying in consecutive rooms. The business can understand and wait for a few minutes, or fine us an hour or deduct fees, but can't break in maliciously! I hope all Chinese travel platforms will stop cooperating with the hotel I stayed in. Ladies should never check in by themselves. The room cannot be locked from the inside, and the customer service can open it by swiping a card at will. It's terrible! I hope that Chinese people will be more vigilant when they see my experience of staying in the hotel, and never come to stay. I have reported this experience to the Ctrip platform and requested a refund for the second night I did not stay in. I really cannot check in again with such a disgusting and unscrupulous hotel.
