Jiuhua Yulong Hotel Reviews

We chose this hotel after seeing it ranked first on Ctrip, but we didn't expect it to live up to its reputation. The hotel supplies were full of scams and the breakfast was average. It was the worst hotel on our trip to Xinjiang.

I booked this hotel because it was highly ranked, but I was very disappointed when I got there. We checked in that night. I wanted to have a good sleep after driving all day, but when we got there, there was no room. They asked us two grown men to sleep in a big bed, and they also asked us to pay the difference in the room rate. I didn't care much about it because I wanted to rest as soon as possible. But there was no air conditioning in the room. I called to ask, and they said it was not turned on yet. Isn't it funny?

The accommodation experience was very bad. We wrote on the website that there was a room type upgrade, but when we got there, they told us that we were upgraded to a standard room. It was ridiculous that we were upgraded to a standard room with a king-size bed. Then they made all kinds of excuses and the service attitude was not good. When I got to the room, I called several times and they said there was no internet before they sent someone to check. The front desk was impatient and tried to get internet for a long time but there was no internet. They said that this was the only room on our floor that didn't have internet. It just so happened that they gave us the room closest to the elevator. It was very noisy in the morning. The alarm went off and I didn't know what was going on in the corridor. I didn't get a good night's rest. It was a very bad experience.

酒店前台服務熱情，然後有免費的停車場。房間乾淨衞生，離老夜市很近，周邊有很多美食值得值得推薦，值得入住。很好的一次入住體驗。

房間位置很好找，就在時代廣場附近，十字路口這裏，停車也很方便，酒店自有的停車場，出門還有保安幫忙洗車，我在全國很多城市酒店住宿這是第一次，絕對加分項。 房間整體硬件條件也不錯，性價比很高，值得推薦，下次還來。 特別表揚前台周經理，在我辦理入住時提供了很大的幫助，讓我能快速入駐，還贈送了貼心小棉襖入駐水果😁

酒店硬件設施不錯，床品浴巾都很乾凈，早飯種類比較多，味道不錯，補充很及時。停車也很方便，保安還會幫忙沖洗車子外表。唯一遺憾的是訂房間時要求無煙房，但是房間煙味依然太大了，打開窗户也無多大改善，最重要的是枕頭和被子上都是煙味，希望酒店今後能準備部分無煙房。另外酒店提供的浴花和馬桶墊是收費的。

新開的酒店裝修挺好的。大堂寬敞明亮，佈置得挺温馨的，房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適柔軟，服務也到位。工作人員熱周到。從辦理入住時的高效快捷，酒店的餐飲也值得稱讚。餐廳環境優雅，菜品豐富多樣，強烈推薦給大家

早餐供應時間是8~10點，不到9點去吃，牛肉麪已經不供了，餐點也冷了，而且提供西瓜巳紅壞了，房間很大，其它就還好！

九華玉龍大酒店服務態度好。服務周到還免費為升級了房間。有困難他們都會聯繫經理幫助客人解決問題。幫助我們指路去和田老夜市轉天還給我們找車去新夜市體驗感謝周經理！！！
