The location of the apartment is convenient as it is situated near a convenience store and several restaurants. Additionally, it is only a 10-minute walk away from the subway station. The room is relatively spacious but appears to be cluttered and unclean. The sofa has stains on it which is not very pleasant. However, the sound insulation of the room is poor and I often hear noises from the elevator and other rooms during the night. The elevator itself is not very hygienic and has an unpleasant smell. Moreover, the breakfast choices are limited.

Not really clean, but perfect location, didnt try the breakfast but there are few restaurant next to hotel.

Extremely spacious. Bed was comfortable. Location was great. CU walking distance. Train station is walking distance. Check in was really smooth. Service was extremely nice and foreigner friendly. They spoke English.

Very comfy to stay in their room. The room is clean. The breakfast is good. The hotel staffs are good in assisting their clients. They can speak english so the communications are easy with the non-korean clients of this hotel. All in all we have the best winter vacation stau in thia room.

Cleaning up the room cleaned things did not replenish, shower shampoo and conditioner smells good, only two combs, the rest is nothing, the heating is very old, the room is very new, the toilet is big enough.
