I made a reservation for three people including a 10-year-old child, but the smell of cigarettes was absolutely terrible. I thought the person in front of me must have smoked and left, so I opened the window and turned on the air conditioner, but the smell was still there until the next morning, and our family's clothes smelled like a dam. The air conditioner wouldn't turn off, and the drain in the bathtub wasn't sealed, so water wouldn't drain. There were two computers, so my daughter and I played a game for a while, but one of the mouse wheels didn't work, and one of the monitors turned off halfway through, so no matter what I did, it wouldn't turn on, so I had to change my Roblox password, and there were cigarette ash scattered all over the desk. I was so tired, and I thought it would be hard to find a place to stay at that time, so I somehow managed to get through the day and leave. I've never written such a harsh review in my life, and it was the worst place I've ever stayed, to the point where there's no comparison. I'm writing this frankly, hoping that the next visitor won't suffer like I did.

The photos and facilities are completely different, and I didn't know this since I moved up from the countryside, but there are a lot of Korean-Chinese people living nearby and there are many empty shops, so it is not a place for tourists to stay. It is a motel and cleanliness is very poor. Since it is a smoking building, the smell of cigarette smoke came from the hallways of the building and seeped into the rooms, causing the child to keep coughing. It seemed like bugs and mosquitoes were coming in from the bathroom, so I closed the door and the stench was unbelievable. I'm sorry that I paid by mistake 40 minutes after adding a single bed to the queen bed. I repeatedly asked to cancel, but they said no, so I was blindsided by the thought of staying for 3 nights and 4 days. I thought it was kind of you to upgrade my room after sleeping with my two children for one night. When I tried to put away the pillows, there were several hairs on the sheets, lipstick marks on the pillow covers, and blood stains on the sheets. The pillows smelled sour and the floor was so dirty. I had to put it down and sleep. When I asked why F Killa was provided, there were so many mosquitoes and flying insects on the wall. There were a lot of dead ones and a lot of them just stuck.. How did I sleep all night? ㅜㅜ When I was told there was no refund the next day, I gave up the 2-night fee and paid for 2 nights at another hotel. I was really angry, so I sent the photos to Trip.com and they gave me a refund for one day for the cheapest weekday date. Thank you for doing that.

This is a fraudulent hotel. Business must be suspended. The environment, hygiene, and service attitude are all the same. Don't be scammed. The app is the same too. I can't even upload a review photo. ㅈㄱㅇ

I used a suite room. First of all, the TV program, PC, coffee pot, etc. were all prepared. It was clean overall, but it was unfortunate that the flush button on the toilet was broken. Other than that, the provision of air purifiers, etc. was good, but perhaps because there were not enough outlets, all the home appliances used in the room were plugged into the outlets, so it was disappointing that there was only one spare outlet that we could use.
