A cheap option that is exactly what you pay for. Location is good, and easy to get around. The “luggage storage” is just placing it in the entry area, which felt kinda unsafe (they even had a sign to say that they had no responsibility if theft). Room was ok.

The rooms (Level 3) are small but perfect for small budget travelers. The hotel staff will not always be at the reception so every time you need to use the iron you must call the phone number (+82) placed at the counter and return it immediately. She also let us check in early (around 2pm) instead of 4pm without any charge. For luggage storage can be stored in the pantry area near the front desk (Level 1).

Great place to stay: perfect location and very kind and helpful owners

Booked a family room for 4 pax in winter (end Jan). Was on the top floor with no escalator thus had a tough time moving big luggages. The toilet was freezing cold as there was no heater in the toilet, we had to shower in cold air (albeit with hot water but still was freezing). Floor was also very slippery, brother slipped and fell a few times. The room itself was small with almost no space to move around with our luggages open. Nonetheless the host was friendly and nice; and location was good (~3 mins walk to metro). Overall I would not reccomend if you're travelling with family and want a comfortable stay, especially during winter. If you're travelling light & during the summer, it should be fine.

Walking distance dongdaemun plaza. Comfy beds and friendly staff. However there is no elevator.

The room is small but exceptionally clean. The owner was nice. Can do luggage storage if you manage to meet the owner before check in time.

Good and cheap motel with good amenities. Staff was able to arrange a late check in

Great little place with everything you need

This inn is decent and while the room isn't too big, it's comfortable enough. The location is decent, being in a lane along a short street with lots of food places and near a subway station and park. The front desk is mainly staffed from the mid-afternoon (so make sure to confirm your check-in time with them so there is somebody there) and there is no elevator.

Not perfect, room had really high humidity and conditioners were replaced during the days of the travel - however, since from the beginning i knew that this place will be more of a sleepover place worked just fine. Good location, a lot of different things to do around. Also found someone else’s stuff under the bed when arrived 😅

Location is good and convenient and the front lady was very nice. But i had to call trip.com to call front desk because we were stuck in the room for over an hour trying to get out since the door knot was not working properly since we got there so it had to be destroyed from the outside. Besides that the only observation is that they don’t provide body towels to shower and also require you to take out your room trash before leaving, which i found weird to ask from a hotel to a guest.

Location was good in the heart of Dongdaemun but there was a sewage smell throughout the building and in the room. Also had to carry luggage up 2 flights of steep stairs.
