Great place, clean, comfortable, quite, perfect location, extra space to chill, lovely hosts. I would strongly recommend it!

My flight was delayed 1 hour. Thus I arrived 0:30 at the hotel. No one was there, they mentioned on the door after 0:00 no one would be there. I had to spendthe night on the street after flying from a different continent, which was a horrible experience. At 5 in the morning, I was still trying. I asked a random person on the street to call them as they only left a Korean number no WhatsApp or any other contact. I didn't work so I had to book something else the next day. The hotel is located in a very smelly and dirty place.

It's a you pay for what you get. It does have a really good location. Department stores are just a few steps away.

Poor hotel Rude clerks, poor website, poor directions, dirty neighborhood, prone to confrontation with staff, capsules are small, don't stay, booking sites make it hard to leave a negative review so you can't trust them.

I was here just for two nights, it was good for that short time

The sleeping area is tidy, although the ventilation leaves much to be desired. As for the toilet, it is extremely unpleasant, lacking a lock for the shower room and suffering from foul odors and inadequate sanitation.

My train was arriving at 23:45 and the staff were waiting for me, so kind ... I got everything I needed. Thank you I recommended it to my friend too

I was late because my flight arrived at 10pm, but they charged me a late check in fee and they also took extremely long to open the door, i was calling multiple times before they finally let me in. Also there's no food/drinks allowed, with a penalty of 300$ if you eat in your hotel. Pretty weird, i understand it's a capsule but not being able to eat at your own room is strange. Also the bathroom stunk and the unisex showers were in the same room with no privacy and no place to change. Thankfully i arrived so late so no one came in haha.

Good and nice hotel. Good for one traveler and easy to find the place.

Bit weird that the guy asked for 2000 won to store luggage…
