The staff was incredibly kind and helpful — when I arrived soaking wet from the rain, they immediately gave me a towel and offered me free water, which was such a thoughtful gesture. My room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. I truly appreciated the warm and attentive service.

Our car along with 5 other cars got broken into on the same night and the hotel did not do anything to compensate the parking fees we paid. Despite having cameras AND a parking security, the security guard had clear view of the lot and was nowhere to be found when everyone woke up in the morning to find our cars trashed. We were visiting from Canada so we had a very long drive ahead of us in the rain with NO windows. We paid $300 which was the lowest in the area for windows. Do not recommend staying here unless you want your cars broken into, but if you don’t own a car, the stay is alright, just what you would expect from a Hilton.

Good location ,Hotel seemed in a good shape ,clea lines was lacking, either cleaned in a rush .Our washroom floor was not mopped u can tell by bath mat turned black as we wiped the water spill from shower. Emptied the washropm garbage bin and handful of hair in garbage bin.The beds were comfy and clean.The staff were friendly especially the food/catering side.The parking attendant on the other hand was very rude.He sat there on his phone while we struggled to get access into parking lot although we had pre paid for parking. .He seemed annoyed when we asked for help.Not sure what he he is there for .Turned out it was their scanner issue. Parking is extra 20 dollars a night and breakfast buffet was 18 dollars for adult and $ 6 or 8 for kids under 12 .

I went to watch the Cavaliers' game. The biggest advantage of this hotel is that it is close to the stadium. I parked my car at the hotel and walked there in a few minutes. It is also not far from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The hotel facilities are average, a little old, but acceptable, parking is convenient, and there are not many businesses around. The service is average. The waiter seemed to be unfamiliar with the business and overcharged me, but Ctrip was very responsible and refunded me after contacting. Overall, it is still very good to stay here to watch basketball.

It was cheap because it was far from downtown The desk staff were not very friendly I recommend going to a hotel in the middle of downtown

I was charged for parking even though I didn't go there by car, but they dealt with it right away. The service was good.

Value for money for a night or two, perfect

The room was not cleaned for 5 days, even though I told the front desk that it needed cleaning.

It's old, the price/performance ratio is very low, and the surrounding environment doesn't feel safe, so be cautious!
