Very memorable with family, the scenery from the room is amazing. The amenities like pool, gym, near mall.

🌄 Good morning! The hotel room was clean, and the view from our room was beautiful. The location is also very good for the price I paid. However, I must share that the balcony door lock was not working at all, which may concern some guests. Also, the infinity pool could be cleaner, as you can see rubbish near the edge when you swim up to it.

Host very responsive, instructions and check-in process will explained. Nice view from 23rd floor. 10-15min walk to Jonker Street. Con: The lift is small can be crowded at peak time.

good and comfortable room , swimming pool , our children enjoy , beautiful night view .. difficult take lift to the room at the first time but have security guard guide in the lift . we will repeat soon 🥰😊

It's so troublesome to go up and down using different 🛗

The room is full of painting smell they claim that they refurbished 3 weeks ago (but u can check the condition in the photos.. speechless). Even after we open the sliding door and let it vent for few hours still the smell still so strong. I guess some of the unit is operate by unit owner themselves instead of hotel management. So do not get tricked by the 4 stars rating. The condition is worst than airbnb. Bedsheet, pillows and room furnish is old and sick (refer photos). My family member doesn’t feel well after staying in the room for few minutes. The “owner” reluctant to refund (even partial) although we end up decided not staying there. We then book another hotel which is 3km away and much better and proper with almost the same price. Don’t try your luck with this “hotel”. The previous credit and reviews are irrelevant at all.

Room is smaller than expected. Not much amenities.

It was a compact studio room, but accommodate well for 4 pax. Simple cooking is available but no microwaves provided. It would be better if provided with a small microwaves. The most challenging item was the confusion on usage of lift, as some do not service direct to this floor. And in the morning, we experienced some lift has been Locked out, most probably dedicated to access the observatory deck.  It will be great if the building management able to set all lifts to stop all levels to avoid long waiting time. Nevertheless, this is not our first time staying at this place. It shall be considered as strategic too, and accessibility to chinese coffee shops, indian-mamak shop is just within 10 mins walking time. For those like to take the river 'taxi' is very convenient too.  Few things to improve: 1) TV remote battery weak 2)Bathroom sink drain stopper - linkage to recheck.  Response from the manager is great.

We took a high floor room. Quite a nice city view. Good location surrounded by food court and super markets. Unfortunately during my stay, I requested one more blanket for the family. Becoz I feel quite cold. But the staff refused to provide and told me not to use the Aircon... This is a very bad experience. Hot or cold is a very individual feeling, I feel cold probably not to others....

Swimming pool clean , views point nice

nice view, walking distance to kampung morten🥰 will repeat. the room clean and neat. just need to service the aircond. table fan provided. all good 😊
