Strategic location which near to subway station. The furniture here is old. Can improve on the cleanliness. Overall satisfied😊

Pros: - The hotel is very close to the bus and metro stations (just 100–200 meters away). - It’s quite clean and comfortable. - It has basic amenities and a washing machine on each floor. Cons: - The soundproofing isn't very good. Some people in the next room were talking loudly at 2:00 AM, and I couldn’t sleep as I could hear them clearly. - There’s no reception desk. You have to check in online upon arrival, and sometimes you might have to wait a while for their replies. - The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so I had to carry my big luggage up to the 4th floor by myself. Keep this in mind, especially if you’re a woman traveling with heavy bags.

A self check in guesthouse. Manager accessible via WhatsApp. Free washing and drying machine on most levels. Fridges for use on each level too.

Nice hostel, clean bedsheets, the best thing I ever met in korea and never before - bedsheet with temperature control. Especially during some cold nights, you don't need extra blankets, just use this warm bedsheets, it was saving me when I was really cold. Have warm floor also. There is no fridge in the room, not really convenient, however we didn't expect it. If you need extra towels, it's always available. Cold in shower. Remote check in, great host, fast answering to questions via what's app. Not good soundproof, we have some Chinese neighborhoods, who disturb us with the loud music, washing clothes, bumping their door loudly. There is no elevator, tough if you have heavy suitcases. Have many restaurants around, 7.11 and Gs25 few minutes walk. The only thing I would recommend- offer utensils (fork, spoons, at least chopsticks). In general was good stay.

Should be mentioned in the description of the property that: 1. there are no elevators 2. everything is self service so no assistance available to carry heavy luggage up floors. A ramp would be helpful. 3. the private bathrooms are so tiny that there’s no space for a proper shower. It was a hand held shower one had to sit on the toilet seat to have a shower & the whole bathroom floor would be wet so quite a while after a shower (see photo 1) My booking was a room with city view & all I had was the wall of the next building (see photo 2) Photo 3 shows a part of my room covered with a cloth with sea view - which was not appropriate.

The airport bus stop and the subway are within a 4-minute walk. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The accommodation is very reasonable. I highly recommend it.

It was a very comfortable and clean residence. 👍👍and residence was close to Myeong-dong, and it's very close to the famous tour places

The hotel was really really good. The location is really close to the subway station. Auto-checking is really convenient and the host replies super super fast. Will definitely book here if I happen to come back again !

An extremely convenient stay. It's 2 minutes away from the airport bus (17K) and from the metro station. Plenty of shops and cafes around. It's a self-check-in place, so the manager will send you a room code once you get to the location. On the second floor, you can get an adapter, soap, extra towels, toothbrushes or toothpaste. There's a water dispenser and a washing machine (with washing gel) available on every floor. The bed has a heating mattress if you turn it on. Absolutely recommended!

Excellent location, in very vivid area with local vibe, 3 m walk is the bus station to the airport, which is very convenient. Clean, good beds, plus there are shared umbrellas to use when it’s rainy day. Very attentive manager, fast response by whatsapp, fast solution, I am very satisfied with my stay.

Cleanliness: POOR, moldy smell toilet due to poor ventilation as the toilet does not has an outlet window. Stronger when you came back to the hotel after your whole day activities Amenities: very basic, especially towel, they provided a very small towel for showering purpose (slightly bigger than facial tower), so guys, please bring your own towel. Services: POOR! we have informed an on duty staff that the toilet bowl water seems draining slow, worry on the pending clog, guess what, the staff gave us a toilet pluger and ASKED US TO UNCLODGE OURSELVES. First time in my life, i feel worst then staying in a hostel/ motel. The whole experience is terrible, on top of the cold weather. Otherwise location is good and the bed to have heater, thats all. Not recommend in general.

It is very convenient to check in. They leave a code so you can access your rooms if you arrive late. There are lots of amenities to use if you need them. The location is very central and close to the subway.

This guesthouse is highly recommended.it is very close to chungmuro station where there are plenty of cafe , convenient store nearby. The room looks tidy and clean. There are drinking water available down the hall.
