A bit far away when walking to termial 21, as there is a big construction work area. You have to walk to terminal 21 along the road and it takes about 15 mins there.  Small swimming pool and the water pool water is a bit salty.

Best hotel in town, very clean and neat, friendly staff, best infinity pool on the top with sea view , Near by resturant, pharmacy, seven11 and 24 hours massage and mall. Comfortable bed, air-conditioned, bathroom equipped well. Cons: They won't refill the water when you enter 2 small bottles that's even if you stay 3 or 4 days they won't refill the water, I quiet don't understand about this

Try not to stay in 23nd floor. Maybe because of pool in upper floor or something else bathroom have very bad smell.

For us, the hotel is for a couple of days of rest Beautiful room on the 22nd floor, overlooking Terminal 21. A comfortable bed. It wasn't cleaned under the bed, there were nails and threads. There was no body lotion, after taking a bath with a beautiful view, I would like to use a body balm, but its . The bar upstairs was also undergoing some kind of renovation work, and it smelled like welding. and it 's noisy . In general, I recommend a hotel for a couple of nights in the center of Pattaya with a beautiful view.

Fantastic hotel. Service was great. Guests were seated down for check-in instead of queing at the counter. Room was clean and has a fantastic view depending on the room type. The rooftop pool and skybar overlook the pattaya beach. Location is not at the congested tourist hotspot, so it is not noisy. A 5 mins walk to terminal 21 shopping malls and many street eateries.

I really enjoyed breakfast there. If have chance to visit Pattaya again, I would select this hotel again.

this is a strange experience. during check-in , i was informed of a free upgrade. there's a welcoming cake for my husband, however, the whole room with the bath tub next to the bed, plus transparent glass wall for the stand up bathing area and toilet is very strange. we cannot open the room door for room service if anyone is inside the bath tub, bathing area or even in the toilet. no couple would like to see each other when during toilet time, right. also , i have requested for two bottles of water at 10:30 p.m., called for customer services for twice to hurry the bottle as the kid is about to go asleep. and then no response.. and then the two bottles arrived at midnight 00:30, two hours later. first they rang the bell, then called upon the room to say "open the door". it seems there's no proper management of the hotel. the location and hardwares are so great, its just a waste if the management is not doing great. during check in is also an experience. the manager sounds a bit strange. .and it seems the information is not clear enough. i have my first night staying here and then the next night i moved to space hotel. its just a total big difference and comparison between the two. its the information wise, helpfulness an d professionalism that makes a big difference between the two hotels. its need for better staff training for standard procedures and catering all sorts of different situations. e.g. when they bring the welcoming cake, there's someone behind following with other stuff, but thats not for our room. it will cause confusion. also they rang another time bell.. also another staff with other food queuing behind.. but just for the fork and knife.. you just felel the hotel is so new that the people there are not well trained.

The location is very good. The swimming pool on the top floor is brilliant and impressive. Feel relaxing.

Hotel is near terminal 21. I like the breakfast buffet. The quality of food is good. The roof top view is nice especially at night.

I should be 5 stars and I really love to give 5 but due to newly opening. I think few things still Missplace. Manpower issue ＞ some of them really new and don’t know hotel information. Hospitality ＞ due to new. I think I wasn’t friendly as I expect from the star. We stay in stella suite. ＞ here are some information. The room was nice and unique. It supposed to earn extremely start but the air con limited to 22c and the room still quite hot due the top floor and surrounding by glasses. The curtains was control by electric but the curtain at bathtub was manual and it cannot cover the sunlight Which means in the morning the room was very bright and woke me up really early. The location amazing and the rooftop view was amazing.

Good hotel, nice location near 21 terminal Great breakfast. Staff is nice but, they not provided you body lotion in the room we stay for 2 nights there in 1616 great view from the room have bathtub as well. And the man on the bar is really nice he use glasses. Nice view from rooftop especially when sunset time 😍

Very modern and Beautiful hotel. Amazing roof top swimming pool. Breakfast was good but the bacon and eggs were cold. Perhaps they should not prepare eggs before order. Very polite staff.
