Super near to Seoul station, nearby is the restaurant and shopping mall, if the next day want to take train to Busan, this will be your great choice.

Was a little difficult to find. Room was adequate for.1 person staying 1 night. Very close to Seoul Station if catching public transport to regional locations.

Right next to station. Everything you need for a late night check in. I got a good deal booking and turned up half an hour later. I might have been expecting a lot more for the price I saw on the wall!!!

It was very nice, the rooms were small but it had underfloor heating, even netflix on the TV. There is a basement cafe area where you can get free tea/coffee and make use of their kettle/fridge. The reception lady was very friendly.

Great Location - up from Exit 10 at Seoul Railway Station [good for Aerex Airport Express]. Friendly staff. Otherwise pretty basic. Value for money, especially given location (can walk to Namdaemun, Doksugung, and Myong Dong)

Very near Seoul station, just that if is up hill road where you need to push your luggage to the hotel. You can walk to near by attractive. There is a self service pantry at the basement where you can eat your packed food.

I had a negative experience with a staff member at this hotel (the *** one) We arrived early with my two babies and were hoping to check in early. However, the staff was unhelpful and told me to cancel my reservation. When I asked for information about nearby hotels, he said he didn't know. He then asked us to leave because he wanted to close. Even can’t wait for us to find taxi with the condition whether at -2 degree . On our second day, we were asked to be quiet while eating in the cafe area, even though there was no one else around. This staff member's behavior was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. He is discriminating us. I urge the owner to address this issue and ensure that all guests are treated with respect.
Response from Property: Our front desk is not open from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. However, you made a reservation for check-in from 3 p.m. on Dec. 7, and arrived at hotel at 4:50 a.m on Dec. 7 and demanded check-in at the time. We didn't have an empty room at the time and I informed that you cannot check in at the time and had better cancel your reservation if you were uncomfortable with it, but you refused. I had to leave work at 5 a.m. but waited for you until exactly 5:45 a.m. during you sat on the sofa at the front desk and found another alternative to it. Also, at 3 a.m. the next day, you and your families made a very loud noise while eating in the basement of the hotel and all the other guests were sleeping. But your noise rang all the way up to the upper floor, so I politely asked you to be quiet. Anyway, I feel so sorry for your negative experience.

Good location - it is just the opposite of the seoul station. You need to use the underpass to cross a busy road to reach the hotel.

Almost unable to store our luggages before check-in time as there is no staff in the morning. Had to contact the staff for help, yet, the only way to contact is via phone. It is not common for foreign visitors to have a korean phone. Luckily, we were able to find a local to help us with the phone call. The staff gave us the password to enter the hotel. This could be improved with better communication beforehand, for example, the hotel can include more details about hot to enter in the trip.com confirmation email.

The room is good for me as I m one person. Space is small, but good location near subway and train stations. Great coffee and there is common washing machine for use. Free internet. Good A/C. Recommend for short stay and easy access to most of shopping districts.
