The room was clean, decent space, and had good amenities and restroom! i also liked how the front-desk was manned even during late at night. it’s location is good, surrounded by lots of food options, subway locations and shopping areas. Overall, it’s a good spot, and could see myself coming back for another stay 👍

Of course it’s a motel so don’t expect too much, but the host gave great help by letting me to store my luggage and supplies amenities timely. And the bathroom is newly renovated!

Location is not far from both the subway and bus stations, very convenient to travel. There are many restaurants in the area. Opposite the hotel is a CU minimart. The cleanliness of the room should be improved. The room looks old and dirty. The bed is not very clean. But the bathroom has been renovated, so the bathroom is very new. But the bathroom floor is very cold. The room has complete amenities, including a hair dryer, pajamas, skin cream, comb, refrigerator, free drinking water and fruit juice in the refrigerator. But the most important thing is that there is no elevator and the accommodation has three floors. Carrying a heavy suitcase down the stairs is very heavy. In terms of facilities and services, there is nothing special. The hotel is like a daily rental room, a motel. The atmosphere looks a bit scary.

The transportation is quite convenient, and there are a lot of food downstairs. There is also a supermarket nearby. It is very convenient to buy things. The room is also very clean with a refrigerator, and there are free water and coffee pods. I will stay here next time I travel. Would stay here again.

The smell of sewerage coming from the drains in the bathroom and washroom was quite strong. Even with just a door in between, it filled the room. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, there was no one at the reception desk. The room key and a pouch with the guest's name written on it were placed in a place where anyone could enter, which made me worry that they were being too unsafe. However, on another day I had something I didn't understand and when I asked the receptionist at night, he was very helpful and I felt at ease. The price was reasonable, there were restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it's close to the station, so it might be a good place to stay if you want to keep costs down.

The futon was clean, but it is a motel. I made the reservation without knowing it was a motel, so it's my fault, but I feel it should be described as a motel.

The auntie is very nice, clean and welcoming, but the soundproofing is a little poor.

I often use Dongdaemun, so I walk a little after shopping, but it was convenient to take a break and put my luggage because I could walk. In addition, it faces the street of restaurants and is open until late at night, so it is convenient to go to the store in front of you and return immediately, but it may feel a little noisy. When you open the window, the smell of yakiniku comes in. The price is cheap, so everything is acceptable. Also, the water area was beautiful. There was also Toppogi Town right next to the hotel, so I was able to eat Toppogi very deliciously!

Although the room is not big, the price is better than many homestays. There are a lot of food downstairs, and there is a supermarket opposite. There is a subway station at the door, and it is only a few steps away from Exit 8 of Xintang Station. The landlord's aunt is really nice, even though she doesn't understand the language, she will explain it to us slowly with a translator. The only downside is that the downstairs is very lively, so it will be a little noisy

The room is not soundproofed, and there is a KTV downstairs where people sometimes sing until dawn. The waiter and boss are often away, and the janitor only comes to clean every few days.

If possible, don't go.
