Location was abit far from the main attractions (Centralworld / Platinum mall etc) but it is clean and spacious!

I nearly fell in the toilet n pulled my muscle.. hence hotel gave me the plastic protector sheet.. tiles in bathroom is slippery. Kudos to the team to work fast to provide the plastic sheets. Thank you front desk  I have always choose this hotel everytime when in Bkk.

Courtyard Bangkok is a modern hotel with a great location near the BTS station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a nice pool and fitness center. Overall, it's a good choice for a stay in Bangkok.

The experience I had at Courtyard Marriott was nothing short of wonderful. The staff were the highlight of the stay making us feel welcomed throughout our stay here. Had a little accident at night where the AC was leaking but the staff were quick to handle it and were very professional about it

Renovated property, extremely clean, excellent customer service, close walk to CentralWorld and other shopping places, and BTS station.

Very comfortable, the service is top notch, clean rooms, clean gym, and tucked a bit to not be crazy. While I would prefer more options nearby for food and entertainments, there is plenty of access to rides anywhere you want to go.

The hotel staff are super nice and helpful, and I like how spacious the room is. The free tuktuk service to the nearby BTS station is definitely a good plus point. However the bedsheets are not very clear and the bed makes a lot sound whenever I move and sit on it. The hotel is quite far from the BTS, walking back and forth is a pain, and it can be a big dangerous at night. Given how close it is to the Siam area, getting a car is difficult, and even when we board one, it’s common to get stuck in the traffic for a long time.

There was construction going on and it was noisy in the morning. You can hear the cleaning noises from next door and upstairs. I would not recommend this hotel to those who are sensitive to noise, but the other services were excellent, especially since it is a Marriott property.
