Few things wrong, Mould in the bath room , including in the shower Stained bed sheets No privacy as there were kids running around on the roof ledge. Receptionist was argumentative, and couldn't understand what I was saying., when trying to op for Breakfast so in the end we decided to eat else where. Beds very uncomfortable, lamp shade on the light broken.

They provided us with a fan for the hot weather and gave toiletries when asked, the breakfast is decent.

Stayed overnight while travelling down from Scotland. Room was clean and had all the basic amenities I needed. Location is convenient, just off the motorway. Good for a quick stopover. Cheap parking , paid £5 for 24 hours.

There is a woman on the desk in the morning that is just so unbelievably rude! I have never understood why some people work in customer service if they don’t like people because I have stayed multiple times now due to convenience and each time i have it’s either been smelly and the staff have been rude! There is a guy that works during the night though that is kind and their best staff member but other than that. Awful.

Cleanliness to review.

It’s a budget hotel by the side of motorway, its value for money but I would have expected more comfortable beds as the beds were of very low quality you could feel the springs on your body, it needs updating would have happily paid more as the name is more associated with of quality and comfort

You get what you pay for here - we had a triple room and it was a good size, but the bathroom was tiny, the shower was a nightmare to switch on, the toilet leaked and the condensation from the shower was unbelievable. We had no toilet roll when we checked in either so went to ask at the desk, to be told we would get a call which never came. There is also bizarrely a barrier gate at one end to get into the car park (yet the other side is freely accessible) and there was no information regarding the code so we sat at the barrier for ages while one of us went in to ask. The location was fine as long as you're driving to wherever you're going.

Over a week before my booking my mum was taken seriously ill and had to have end of life care, as I usually stay at the wyndham when visiting mum I tried to cancel my booking as I had to come up the week before and sleep on mums floor as she could not be left alone, impossible to speak to anyone in authority at the hotel and TRIP who I booked the hotel through could not get any satisfaction either. I sent them an email with pictures showing mum in her hospital bed that the NHS had supplied but as of yet nobody has even bothered replying. Am absolutely disgusted with the complete lack of assistance from Wyndham and will never consider booking with them again.

Entrance was a little hard to find as it's the turn in just before the services
