Amazing hotel stay! The hotel staff were polite and can communicate with English. Loads of food and things to explore at the hotel. EV charging available at hotel!

The staff are friendly and professional when we need assistance. The room is very clean and bright, comfortable bed and pillows! Convenient locate to restaurants 、shops, waterpark(was good but towels not provided, bring your own or purchase at entry) and theme park (quite small). Free parking and Wi-Fi provided. BUT when the China and Taiwan tours arrived the vibe changed to feeling like we were immersed in a tour hotel in China. Housekeeping found it a challenge to replenish our amenities after the influx of the groups it seems they must have been overworked or understaffed - forgetting to replace old towels and remove our garbage and 3 consecutive days it happened during what was a 8 night booking we checked out early and went elsewhere the last 2 nights. The tours groups seemed to be most interested in the casino in the Marriott. Of the 3 properties, this was the most peaceful - Shinhwa Hotel is STRICTLY for families with young kids in my opinion, Marriott not worth the extra (they include the pool $ in the price but if you don't swim or weather not good you have paid for it OR unless you want Marriott Points or interested in the Casino right below you and a lot of adult guests roaming around at late hours. We had the connecting room deal (KLOOK or Hotel direct booking only deal) - very good value.

Great experience overall, as you would expect from a decent hotel. The staff speaks English, but only enough to help you with hotel related things. I think this place is more for Koreans traveling within Korea because there was no going above and beyond. Like nothing tourist related questions/assistance. Maybe it was the language or the culture or maybe I’m just used to something else. But clean, and professional service.

They are very hospitable, trustworthy, polite and helpful. Though we do have a language barrier but they manage to express and communicate well. I love the food of course, this place is really a nice to re visit and recommend. Kudos to everyone I do loved and enjoy staying here. Thank you for everything 😊

Room are clean and tidy. Restaurant foods are expensive and there a minimart G25 at the Theme Park area. Can rent Hanbok inside Theme park and there a 20% discount if you are staying in Shinhwa. There are many beautiful natural sightseeing places like Waterfalls, Beaches, Mountain, Garden , restaurants around Seogwipo. But you need a car to move around.

This hotel is near to the shinhwa theme park. Even if not visiting the theme park, its location is also near other kids attractions such as pororo theme park. Place is very new and clean. Highly recommended

Jeju Shinhwa World Hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel has friendly staff, spotless rooms, and a great location. The food and view was a highlight. I’ll definitely stay here again

The employees are not very friendly. The gentleman at the coffee shop is almost through. The people in the restaurants are well and the queue is always very long although a lot of tables are empty inside.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Free baby cot. Large hotel with many restaurants, shops and theme and water parks (perfect if the weather is too hot to travel far). Like others have said - there is a significant price for using the hotel pool. We never saw anyone in it - not sure why they don’t just drop the price to get more people in?

Hotel room is very clean, towels & bedsheets smell fresh and clean. Bed is very comfy, but blanket a bit thick. The resort has eateries, theme park, water park, shopping Center, CU all nearby, but it a bit far away from other attractions on the island.

This places is designed for families with younger children. If thats you, you’ll have fun. There are tons of amenities, water parks etc. My wife and I are older. All of our children are adults, so we were traveling alone. We left the hotel a day early, simply because we couldn’t sleep on the bed any longer. Beds in Asia are generally much firmer than what westerners are used to, but that was the hardest before we’ve experienced in our travels.

The room is clean and comfortable. All necessary amenities are provided.
