Used on family trips. It was clean and beautiful, but when is the public bath cleaned? When I used it in the morning, the chairs were in a messy row, and the places where there were no chairs were the same as at night. Children's amenities were not provided. Is the hearing at the time of reservation just to find out the accommodation fee? The food was incredibly delicious. In addition, I was satisfied with free night noodles, ice cream, and coffee.

The hotel 🏨 is very comfortable. You have to take off your shoes when you enter, but it is really clean inside, cleaner than domestic bathhouses. The hot spring ♨️ is very refreshing. There is free ice cream. There is free supper after 9:30. The breakfast is a bit expensive so I didn’t eat it. The location is also okay. It is a bit far from Sendai Station, and there is a pedestrian street at the door, which is very good for shopping.

Great hotel. Although the room is small, it has everything. The front desk service is also great. The hot spring on the top floor is very comfortable to soak in every day. Of course, there are free Yakult and coffee every morning and ramen in the evening. The surrounding environment is also good, there is a parking lot, a few steps away from FamilyMart, 7-11, Hirose Street, and several shopping malls. Sendai Station is less than ten minutes away, which is very convenient for shopping.

Clean and tidy with various amenities eg ice bar and yakult after onsen and ramen at night. However some of the staff are not good in speaking English and keep talking in Japanese without English printed even though she knew that I didn’t know Japanese, that’s a little bit weird to tourists.
