Got seafront phenomena. Aircond pretty cool. Suitable for family. The door needs to use the key to lock. Every rooms have the toilet and water heater. Very near the jetty. We can straight forward go back to take the shower after snorkelling or diving as the boat will park in front of the gate of homestay.

Such a spacious space for big group like families!

The room facilities are OK. I have been to Semporna 4 times and this hotel is already very good. I am most satisfied with it.

The location is convenient, the restaurant is right on the ground floor; the terrace view is excellent! Only three things: 1) The anti-theft lock of the door is damaged. Locking it means that it is unlocked. Then at around 9 o'clock in the evening, other residents will open the door and enter!!! I'm so scared that I don't dare to discipline!!! 2) The patio door lock is broken again 3) The air conditioner in the lobby has no air conditioning at all, making it very hot and toasty. Will not go again.

3 bedrooms are available, 4 double beds and 1 single bed; can accommodate 7 people, the air conditioner and water heater are normal, the front desk will give you the air conditioner when you check in (deposit 100), and it will be refunded when you check out. Downstairs is the restaurant, and there are resident singers at night (until around 11 p.m.), which is a bit noisy. The microwave, oven, and water dispenser in the room can be used; the Gree air conditioner is very powerful? Will not feel hot. Yantai is very big, you can directly see the scenery downstairs, don't smoke in the room, you can smoke in Yantai. Fat Ma's seafood is so-so. It takes a few minutes to walk to Nanhai Fishing Village, where the price is very high. There will be a queue at mealtime. Note: the door of the hotel apartment is on the right side of Zhan Quanji by the sea. There are a bunch of children at the door who will help you carry things and ask for tips. Unless you really can’t carry them, don’t give a penny, because there will be a bunch of people around. In addition, the possibility of late check-out is not high.

The hotel is the Fat Ma Seafood Restaurant upstairs in the food market, and Zhan Quanji is also downstairs! It’s just below the pier when going out to sea. It’s very convenient to go upstairs after going out to sea. The only problem is that the restaurants are noisy and crowded, but overall it’s ok.

Don’t think about sanitation in Xianben, but the location is absolutely perfect. Every time you come back from island hopping, you will be home, which is very good

The apartment provides a gas stove, and you can buy seafood downstairs and steam it yourself. The apartment is also very close to the supermarket, and it is very convenient to replenish food. The living room of the apartment is very good, but the room is average, the bathroom is a bit not clean.
