No wifi in the room (228) Not a bad place for it's price. Shower is big with a big water heater. Ask for a room facing the side you see in the photos. Then you will have a more private balcony. Water stores on the balcony floor sheet the rain. There's no drain. We asked for a glass or a cup but had to pay RM 1 to get a paper glass and create a scene so the receptionist gave us a spoon to stir the boiled water. The cheapest place in Semporna.

Location is about 10 mins walk from the town. Room is pretty basic (bed, aircond, hot water, towels and mineral water is provided). If you need a cup, it is chargeable. No hair dryer provided and the room comes with only 1 plug point. Room cleanliness was at mediocre as I found cotton bud on the floor upon check in. Even after the requested housekeeping service (we requested for 1 for the entire week of stay), bins were not cleared. However, we requested for daily refill of mineral water & staff were kind enough to provide. Overall, room is basic and decent if you just need a room for the night.

Quite dissapointed. My room’s aircond is not functioning well. No wifi. Toilet was clogged up and smelly. Was able to withstand cause price is cheap. Overall 3/5.

Not very clean but on a budget, OK. The flooring of our room was lifting badly. We had to ask for toilet papers. Out shower faucet was falling off. 20 min walk to Seafest Jetty dock and all restaurants. Convenient location.

Good value for money.. But the free wifi can not be use... Need to upgrade

clean place and location in the center of town. parking is easy even though it is quiet. very simple. even the walls are polywood, you can hear voices from the next room....there are only towels and beds. if you want to stay overnight, make sure you bring your own mirror.. hehe... but it's okay to stay temporarily.... The toilet is clean...

Simple budget lodge situated not far from town area, it is walkable, and if want to take a Grab, it's just 4 minutes from the town area. There is a supermarket nearby with some simple eateries. Reception is helpful with the requests made. There is no fridge or electric kettle in the room, however, you can get hot water at the reception. The room is generally clean however the stairway could do a little more cleaning as it was always dusty.

Great stay, comfortable bed, hot shower and AC. It’s 10min walk to the pier

One advantage of this hotel is bus station proximity. Nothing else.

Ok n nice

The location was perfect in the middle of Semporna town. The front officers was also helpful and polite and would recommended.

Lowest price around but very basic room, bad and washroom, need more amenities like a desk and chair, hangers for clothes.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at this hotel. I had stayed here before and accepted that the room given had no WiFi. Since I was staying for a week, I didn’t complain and respected the situation. This time, I booked again and politely requested a room near the lobby where WiFi is available, as advertised. Unfortunately, the front desk staff (Sabariah) responded in a rude and unprofessional manner, as if I was trying to start an argument — even though I spoke kindly and respectfully. What’s more upsetting is that a male staff member once told me: “If you come, I will treat you well.” But when I actually came, I was treated rudely and disrespectfully. That shows clear double standards and insincerity in service.

Affordable price and nice location to stay because everything near surrounding area only.
