Lovely hotel with great service. The breakfast could be improved in terms of taste, but overall it's a pleasant stay. Conveniently located on Jalan Pemuda, with plenty of food options nearby and right next to a supermarket.

Hotel suit for those business travel, near at the center. First time stay at this hotel. Overall is goods.

All is well, but we have a not good experience with the bathroom water that suddenly dirty, the engineering already fix it until late night, i appreciate that, hopefully the hotel can make a mitigation on it before happen again

Parking area was limited and restricted in space. The hotel was decent. We had a pleasant stay.

In general, the hotel is comfortable, but what needs to be improved is the parking area which is very narrow.

Helpful hotel employees made a suprised Ultha cake decorated more beautifully than the original cake... the room was clean and carpeted... checked in on time without waiting... given a room according to connecting request... overall is good

It's a good place to stay but for the bed, I prefer the hard one not soft.

The hotel restaurant drinks is very limited option. No beer or cocktail serve in lobby music lounge. The bedroom is directly facing tower antenna bad for sleep or living
