I took the room and nothing else

The rooms are clean and the hotel has a dining room and porch for relaxation. Because the neighborhood is very quiet on weekends, it is very suitable for early morning and evening walks. You can walk to a good restaurant for ten minutes, and you can walk to McDonald's and shopping malls with more people.

We stayed here for a few days for the 2024 Paralympics. We got it at a good price and value for money was good. We loved the funky film-theme throughout the hotel. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and bright; there is a good eat-as-much-as-you-need continental breakfast including DIY fresh orange juice and boiled eggs. 15-minute walk to Stade de France (straight up one road if you want to enter Stade de France via entrances S to U); 7-minutes walk to nearest Metro station (which is on line B, 15 minute ride direct to Gard du Nord and Notre Dame) ; 2-minutes walk to nearest supermarket and restaurants (on the same road as the hotel). Cheap and cheerful - perfect for our needs.

We have stayed at this hotel twice once in 2019 and then again this August. To be honest this has to be my favourite AccorHotel. The effort by the staff in making you feel welcome and special is nothing short of exceptional. Prior to arriving, I informed them of my wife and I celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary coming back to this hotel where we spent a 15 year anniversary and were greeted by balloons rose petals and even a platter in the room none of which was asked for this was simply done as a goodwill gesture on their behalf. The hotel is 15m on a tram from the centre of Paris and in an area that has huge parks with outdoor eating. Great area if you don’t mind the very short trip in the the centre. We ate out in the local area which was lovely and very French, no catering for tourist which was great as we always like to find authentic restaurants and we did! I want to thank all the staff at this hotel for again going above and beyond. You are a credit to your company (you all need a pay rise) and I cannot wait to return.

Good location, a lot of public transportation nearby. Transit or business can be considered. There are many good Italian restaurants nearby😆 Breakfast is okay in Paris hotels, and Paris hotel breakfasts are generally poor. There are very few service staff, so I have to go downstairs to find a reception

I stayed here for three nights in August. I wasn't expecting much with it being a budget hotel. I must say, every member of staff I interacted with was very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast is continental, and I thought it had a lot of choice, also a sandwich toaster where you can toast your breakfast (great addition). For me it was the perfect location - two train stops from CDG Airport Terminal 2 and a 5 minute walk to the office. The restaurant was temporally closed for evening meals when I visited but my colleagues have been there in the past and said the food was really nice. There is a retail park about a 15 minute walk away where you can get food etc. There are other restaurants in the local vicinity but I didn't try any of these. There is also a nice sandwich shop opposite the station which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The room housekeeping was done on a daily basis to a high standard and my check-in was straight forward. Checking out was again straight forward. I was able to store my luggage there until I had finished work on the last day. Overall, the service and my experience in this hotel was superior to the higher class hotels that I have stayed in in the past. Keep up the good work guys! Was quite surprised to be asked for a deposit of 100 euros when I arrived, since I had already paid the full booking ahead. My booking was for a room including breakfast. On departure, I was refunded only 67 euros and told by the staff that I had to pay a supplement for breakfast which didn't make sense? Also the shower water was not warm, almost cold - left me shaking for hours, not very convenient for winter in Paris. Hope you will consider my feedback xx
