I’m going to do my best to give this a honest review- Both the Good & the bad. So here goes… My husband and my self stayed here for 3 nights from Monday 25th September- Thursday 28th September whilst visiting Disney land Paris Upon arriving at the hotel my first impressions were that it was a lot bigger than what I first imagined it to be. On the pictures the building looked quite small. On entering the hotel the staff were friendly and pleasant. They could speak both English and French which was helpful. The hotel was clean spacious and Tidy. The rooms also were very spacious- Basic but Clean and spacious. The toilet/ shower again was large and spacious. The bathroom was actually a wet room with a disabled chair on the wall so would be suitable for a disabled person. Personally I slept well throughout my stay & the bed was comfy despite a few missing slats but there wasn’t enough pillows on the bed We only had 1 small pillow each to sleep on which I managed to make the most of. However if you wanted to sit up in bed say to read or go on your phone it was very uncomfortable because your back was pressed against a hard wall. The next day we were up early and out at the crack of Dawn as we had a Disney land trip to take. We did not return back to the hotel until late. We returned back to discover the room had Not been cleaned or replenished. We realised it must have been because we forgot to put the sign on the door. Day 2 we left the hotel again early to get to Disney land & yet again returned back to the Hotel late on again to discover The room had not been cleaned for a second time even though we put the sign on the door giving the housekeepers the OK to do so- Only this time on returning we had No clean Towels. Hardly any Toilet Roll and 2 bins that were overflowing with Rubbish. My husband went down to reception and asked why our room had not been cleaned. The person on reception told him we was not entitled to it as we were only classed as a short stay. If we wanted our room cleaning we had to pay 9€ per day We we’re pretty shocked by this because we had just paid £379 to stay here which I know is not the most unreasonable but you still expect some service in with that price. I would have given this hotel a “good” rating however due to the lack of service it’s getting a poor. I don’t know how a hotel can expect 2 adults for 3 Nights & 4 days to survive of 1 bath Towel & 1 hand each And 1 toilet Roll for 3 days. Our condiment Tub was not filled on arrival there was no milk and a shortage of Tbags lucky for my I had brought my own but my husband was not able to have a coffee in the morning. Overall the stay was ok- The location was ok- But the service was poor- There is definitely room for improvements

GGuest UserI stayed one night on my own, first the positives: room was clean, bed was comfy, didn’t have any noise overnight, the rate is cheap. But, I had some issues. The bathroom (only that for some reason, not the room at all) smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. The bed side light on one side was broken - no problem as I just slept in the other bed, but would have been a pain if I stayed with my husband as we both like to read in bed. Also as others have said they area isn’t that great, but I was visiting a friend who lived locally so that couldn’t be helped. For me the most frustrating thing was the service. It took 30 minutes to check in, and there were only four people in the queue ahead of me. It was really frustrating. It looked like maybe the systems were slow and also maybe the guests ahead of me had some tricky requests, but 30 mins to wait was just too long. Also I left my phone charger, and the next day emailed the address from my reservation confirmation - I was told it was fine to just go to the reception. Which I did, but they couldn’t find it. I was told I was too late as the cleaning staff had gone home and to come back on Monday (this was a Friday and we left Paris the next morning - I had moved to a different hotel by then). I’m sure they’re not the only hotel to have this system, and possibly the cleaning staff hadn’t found or stored it - but it seems to me a really basic thing to ask cleaning staff to put any found items somewhere accessible so that front office staff can quickly retrieve it for guests that come back to collect forgotten belongings. All of us will be travelers with limited time, and I think it would make sense as a simple way to offer a better customer experience. Also, the head office which received my email could have simply passed on my request so that it was received in time, before the cleaning staff staff left, or let me know that I had go before a certain time. I know it was my responsibility in leaving it, but after taking time out of a short Paris trip to go back to the hotel, it was so frustrating to be told that it could not be found and to come back after the weeked.

I had a great stay here. The room had the essentials and good free WiFi coverage. It was clean and comfortable with the ability to have breakfast on site should you wish. It's well sited opposite the Metro and on a square with a couple of restaurants and supermarkets and a very nice bakery. It's generally quiet although there were a couple of times between 1am and 2am of a group chatting and laughing quite loudly directly outside the hotel. The is the perfect base for a simple stay whilst visiting Paris

Et surtout accueil formidable avec Amanda qui est aux petits soins pour vous avec son magnifique sourire. Je recommande cet établissement pour l’emplacement, pour son rapport qualité prix imbattable, ainsi que pour les prestations offertes dans les appartements. Quelques hics sur la propreté me font mettre une note de 4 au lieu de 5 mais qui ne m’empêcheront absolument pas d’y retourner.

Considering the price, I did not expect much, but the hotel proved to be not to bad at all. The staff at the reception was absolutely friendly and the hotel was clean. Also, the rooms were clean. I thought that I had to bring my own toweld and take care of my own bedding, but this was not the case (I might have been given an upgraded room?). What was especially convenient was the possability to use one of the microwaves and to use the drinking water which saved me from buying bottles. With the microwave I made my evening tea. I was initially concerned with the absence of airconditioning, but this was not a problem at all. It was about 25 degree during the day, and it was possible to leave open the window at night. Public transport is nearby (but is not accessable for wheelchairs, strollers etc).

When I came to reception Steve ( aggressive and disgruntled employee) has met us. 1.Firstly, in ultimatum form he told me that the prise will be 4 euros more as it was reserved. I was a little bit chocked but said ok. Then he told me that I should pay this 4 euros now,immediately. I asked to do it in the morning as it was midnight and I was with little baby. He told - right now. I payed. Then he noted something in his computer very long time, during this serving other guests. At last he gave me the key. 2.And I asked about the bed for the baby. He told that he is not going to bring it right now for me. It’s France and no one in France will not. I asked him - is it his rule or it’s official ? He started to shout and scold me as a student that I had to book a hotel in advance. Little remarks : it’s midnight,I’m with the baby on my hands and I have PAYED! I checked up the room and it was 2 different beds-for me and 1 year old baby.. in what way can i sleep there??! 3. Then he told me -if you don’t like my rules I am cancelling your reservation, get out to another hotel.I don’t care.. what??! I asked to call manager.He refused telling that it is he who is managering this night. I asked the coordinations of manager -he refused. Again : midnight,I’m with the baby in the in the suburbs of Paris, in front of me agressive abuser who has cancelled my ! PAYED! reservation… 4. I started to cry as because the situation was hopeless, I think it was his purpose.. then he told - ok, I will give you room with one bed. Nothing to do, I had no chance. What does it mean one bed-it’s 2 beds together. My baby felt down from this bed during the night.. 5. When I took the key and asked his name,he told me -Steve and then added that he is working fo 20 years here and doesn’t care what I’m thinking about him.. I was totally choked.I was destroyed for all night in this nightmare hotel. When I started to analyse the situation i had only one explanation -I have booked the hotel from the RUSSIAN account, however I live in Paris long time. I think it’s the only explication such disgusting behaviour with me and my baby. Conclusion :of course, I don’t recommend you this place. Especially, if you have Russian name or surname. It doesn’t cost the money and your nervous system..

AAkvileI stayed two nights in here, after reading other feedbacks I though it’s going be nightmare. But after I stayed I can say it was really pleasant stay, everything was clean, receptionist is nice, perfectly speaking english, room is big for one person, all beddings, shower gel, towels, toilet paper is here, privacy, easy check in, there is a supermarker near by, all bus stops less than 7min walk, easy to travel to Paris and back. I choose this hotel because it was the cheapest option for my visit in Paros, but deffinetly I will choose it again. Thank you! :)
