Seaview Hotels in Hoi An

"I stayed here for 3 nights. Everything looks brand new and impeccable. We took advantage of the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It is close to Hoi An, about 15 mins drive from there and about 45 mins from Danang. I had a bit of hesitation choosing to stay here or staying in Hoi An itself, but as soon as I stepped into the lobby, I knew I made the right choice. Everything here are premium and luxurious. The arrival service made us feel very welcome, check in was very smooth and there are a lot of activities on offer to keep me busy. I took up the free pickleball lesson (thanks Mr Huy for being a very good teacher!) and there were kayak and yoga sessions as well but I didn’t have enough time to do those. All the staffs I came across were friendly, courteous and very well trained. The concierge is reachable by whatsapp, and responded very quickly every single time. I requested for two extra free bottle of water on my first night and the next day the housekeeping staff left me 2 extra bottles again without having to be asked. It’s the little extra details that makes a lot of difference. The buffet breakfast is tremendous. Mr Nick was always ready to greet us with a smile there. There were so many things and the variety will change slightly from day to day. There is made to order Hongkong style cheong fun, fresh sugar cane juice which I have never seen done in any hotel before. I like my food and I can tell that everything is of very high quality. The room size here is massive, clean and the furniture and amenities are in excellent condition. The only little thing missing is the water gun in toilet which should be standard fitting in hotels in Vietnam There were free shuttles to go to Hoi An at certain schedules which makes it very convenient to go and explore the ancient town. If there were too many people to fit in the bus on the way there, they will arrange a second one to get everyone there so no need to worry about missing out on a spot on the bus. However it’s not the same on the way from Hoi a back to hotel. However it is easy to catch Grab which will cost about 150k vnd. I hope this is something that they can improve, perhaps arrange more than one shuttles to bring guests back to hotel especially on the peak evening period. We also enjoyed the food at the food court in the hotel. There are many varieties to choose from Asian to western food. The price is quite expensive if compared to outside the complex, but the quality and flavour is top notch. I tried the south East Asian foods like nasi goreng, laksa and ckt and the flavors were right on point. There were easy access to a huge private beach as well, where you can kayak, paddle, ride an ATV, swim or simply walk on the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. It was fantastic and easily ten points out of ten."

"We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast needs a little bit more variety of choices. The location is close to everything. Only 15 minutes with a bike to get to the old town."

"The room was fine and bed was incredibly comfortable. Shower would jump from hot to cold many times while taking shower. We love the swimming pool area, amazing to go with kids. They have chairs at the beach as well, but the water was not so clear and clean... We did swimm, anyways, but our body got covered by a brown thing that we have no idea what it was... I hope it was just seaweed🙏 we enjoyed breakfast buffet, but coffee looks like instant coffee, I guess it's normal in Vietnam to offer this kind of coffee. On check out the hotel forgot to give us back the deposit (as we gave cash), and we just remembered about that minutes before our flight, we are still trying to rescue that money. Hope the hotel can get back to our requests. Overall I would recommend this hotel, especially for families!"

"Amazing 5*star hotel. The staff are attentive and friendly. Great breakfast buffet- with all homemade pastries and bread. The hotel’s facilities are great- it’s on the beach, many sun beds, lovely swimming pool. I would highly recommend the spa- it also has a stream room, sauna and jacuzzi. The rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday. Big, comfortable beds. Strong air con and TV with Netflix. The cleaners are on the ball and the room always smelt lovely. Our room had a lovely big bath with constant running hot water. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to Hoi an ancient town at 10am and 3pm. If not a grab taxi is only 50,000VND. Outside the hotel are small mini-Marts and some lovely restaurants. The hotel also offers free classes everyday from 3pm. As we had tours planned we only attended their complimentary cooking class which was insightful and fun. Special thanks to Ms Chau who was so friendly and helped us organise our trip. Highly recommend this hotel! One of the best hotels we have stayed in, we will be back."

"I booked a night at this resort for our final evening in Hoi An, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The property is expansive, offering all the facilities and amenities one would expect from a 5-star resort. While the location is a bit removed from the center of town, it’s still accessible—using Grab, it typically took us around 20 minutes each way. Our children absolutely loved their time here; they swam in every pool and enjoyed all the playgrounds. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try out the private beach as it was simply too hot during our visit. The breakfast and dinner buffet were, in my opinion, average and featured much of the same selection as the in-room dining menu. One small issue: there were quite a few tiny black insects on our balcony. They didn’t get inside our room, so it wasn’t a major concern for us, but I mention it as it may be important to some guests. A notable observation was regarding the service. While the staff were polite and professional, I didn’t feel the warmth or proactive customer service I’ve experienced at other 5-star hotels and resorts. Typically, staff greet guests warmly and make helpful inquiries about their stay, but here, their approach seemed more reserved and task-focused. Despite these minor points, we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay and look forward to returning in the future."

"The pool was small, but the photos came out very pretty and it was the perfect depth for children to play. The bedding is clean, the air conditioner works well, and the water runs well^^ However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing, but all the staff were friendly and nice."

"It was a very pretty and cozy hotel, but the rooms were spacious. The breakfast was also quite delicious, and it was even better than the Danang Hotel. It was a 5-minute walk to Anbang Beach. There were almost no Asians, so it was a very peaceful and cozy beach. You can meet a beach that looks like a resort. The staff were very friendly and the room condition was very good, so I highly recommend it. You can also quickly go to Old Town by Grab. The pool is small, and most foreigners go to the ocean to swim, so you can have fun without any burden. I think I made a good choice with the low price on Trip.com."

"The Four Seasons in Hoi An is the most anticipated hotel on this trip. When you leave the airport, there will be hotel staff holding a sign to pick you up. A special car will be sent to the hotel, and there is Wi-Fi on the car. After check-in, the housekeeper will introduce the hotel facilities and activities in detail, including recommendations for restaurants in Hoi An Ancient Town, and will try his best to meet any reasonable requests. The room is cleaned almost every time after going out. The swimming pool is very big and you can really swim in it. It is also very photogenic. The spa technique is very comfortable, and you can enjoy the feeling of riding a bicycle and walking under the coconut trees. The only regret is that the dinner service at La Sen was a little slow, but it tasted good.
