Fairmont Olympic Hotel - Seattle Reviews

My restful sleep disturbed by a young child playing with out loud shoutings from around 5am through 8am. Loud enough to wake me. So frustrated. When I mentioned to one of desk personals, she seemed so i different and hurried up to check me out. I felt like I wasted almost $400 a night stay that I deserve to have.

Overall is good, but the customer service hotline attitude is not good

The location of the hotel was really convenient. You can go to almost all tourist spots on foot.

The environment of the hotel and the room is very good, and the Christmas decorations are beautiful. There are many restaurants and bars. The gym has a swimming pool, hot springs, sauna, fitness equipment and locker room facilities, which are also one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

The hotel lobby is very beautiful and the location is also very good. The rooms are relatively old and the lighting is average but the area is quite large. But don't eat in the hotel! The waiter in the breakfast restaurant saw that I was Asian and took me to the worst seat! ! ! ! Take other white people who didn't make a reservation to sit in the good seats inside! The male waiter in the restaurant is 100% racist! ! ! !

The room was spacious, with slippers and a kettle, which is considered a luxury in American hotels. The hotel has a history, the lobby is very beautiful, and the atmosphere is very good. Many people wear formal dresses to party in the lobby bar.

I had a baby traveling with me, so I asked the hotel for a late checkout, and they agreed immediately. We stayed in two rooms for five nights. We originally asked for a high floor, but we were given the fourth floor. The road outside was noisy in the middle of the night, which affected our sleep. It was a fly in the ointment.

The hotel is a century-old hotel, but it has been renovated. The layout is very reasonable and the comfort is very good. There is a coffee machine and a kettle. When the car arrived at the hotel, the porter came to carry the luggage immediately, gave a list, and asked me to hand it over to the front desk directly. After the formalities, the luggage was delivered to the room soon. Of course, tips are required. Four large boxes and golf bags, but I didn't do it myself. It is worthy of being a five-star hotel!

As a high-end hotel with an old historical building in the center of Seattle, the leaking water marks on the toilet walls were not repaired and cleaned in time, making the stay very unpleasant.
