Hotel was under construction. Lots of noise and impossible to work. Swimming pool filthy. Zero flexibility on check in and check out times. Would not recommend - staff very cold and unhelpful

Good afternoon, how are you? I stayed at the Quality Paulista hotel – São Paulo, but unfortunately I didn't have a good stay. On the departure date, I informed the manager on duty Nilda who passed the case on to Andreia in attendance, who passed the information on to her reservations manager, that I was not satisfied with my stay. We had problems with mold in the bathroom in room 1211 and the floor of the room was completely uneven, the furniture and the room were old with dirt and tears, the faucet was leaking, without the slightest condition to rate the hotel at 4 stars. Both me and my girlfriend, who were staying, have allergies and our weekend was limited to taking loratine for allergies, we both felt bad. We requested a room change and went to 1510, the apartment door was half open, the shower water was cold, old and dirty furniture, there was no blanket in the room, when we asked, they didn't want to take it to the apartment, we had to insist a little until they took it to our apartment. When we took it out of the box, the blanket was damp and smelled like “wet dog”. Problematic breakfast, I was informed that on 06/16/2022, the restaurant company would be changed. Sadly it was one of the worst hotels we've stayed in years. In view of all this, we opened a complaint directly with the hotel requesting a refund and they asked us to contact you, so that you can carry out the reversal with authorization from the hotel itself. The housekeeping excellent service, I forgot clothes in the closet and promptly called and booked at reception. Reception attendants are weak, the impression is that they are lost and / or poorly trained The blanket was not sanitized, I left before the scheduled day, as I did not feel comfortable in the room. Mildew smell. OK food and OK breakfast

Have a nice breakfast. I would like a bathroom without a bathtub

Foi bom, deu tudo certo, recomendo. Fiz um evento no hotel, e deu tudo certo.

Muito bom o hotel e muito bem localizado. Fomos muito bem atendidos e com café da manhã maravilhoso.

Ótima localização , um bom café da manhã.

Ar condicionado fazendo muito barulho. As cortinas também necessitam de manutenção, pois pela manhã o blackout nas escurece o quarto.
