Great hotel even though the design of room and access is dated. Connection to a small mall with a nice food court from fast food to fine dining

Perfect hotel

The hotel has a superior location, good surrounding environment, convenient shopping and food, clean rooms, complete facilities, good service from hotel staff, rich breakfast, recommended to stay.

The room hygiene is good, but the breakfast is average. Not as good as some other hotels around. The price/performance ratio is good, and the environment around the hotel is OK.

The previous review has been published. Apart from the fact that the hotel has a long history and some unexpected incidents such as moving rooms, everything else is pretty standard and basically online.

This is the most shabby five-star hotel I have ever seen, even worse than the four-star Wyndham Hotel next door

Hotels in Sao Paulo are really expensive and the price/performance ratio is quite poor. The 1600 room does not have slippers and other services are worse than those in China. However, it is still a good value for money in the surrounding area.

The hotel facilities are outdated and the service staff are lazy...

Very good, big room, good gym
