Hotel charged extra fees at checkout. I didn't think this was cool because the app said the fees were already included.

The compliments are for the hotel. For trip.com it was the first and last purchase. There is no transparency in values. It showed a value below that of other competitors and when we accessed it to finish, it added values ​​for taxes and fees, which leaves the impression that they were the values ​​of taxes and fees that other sales sites leave for us to pay at the hotel. We arrived at the hotel and there were taxes and fees, demonstrating that trip.com was not transparent. I complained through the app and was ignored, with no response since Thursday, September 28th.

The hotel is old and the rooms are small, but it is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful! The hairdryer in the room didn't work, but other than that I had a great stay! The pool is huge, the sun shines all day and it opens at 6am, which was the main reason I booked the hotel.

Good hotel. Complete and well served breakfast. Staff always polite. I previously stayed in a room on a higher level, this time I stayed in the simpler room. Comfortable but very old, the hotel is old in itself! How clean and organized it was, but as I have rhinitis, it attacked me a little! But nothing that is a demerit. I recommend the hotel.

The hotel room is perceived as new, including a model often found in Europe, but the walls are so thin that you could hear everything that was happening in the hallway and in the surrounding rooms. In the morning, before eight o'clock, the cleaning ladies started cleaning the unoccupied rooms and paid no attention to the noise they were making, so I, being in a hotel, would have liked to have slept until at least ten, with the noise that was was going on, I couldn't go back to sleep. Anyway, great location, excellent restaurant service.
