Love the men in charge as he is always there to answer and help whenever I needed. I still remember at around 12 midnight when I just back to the hotel, he was there about to go off and I was telling him my room network wasn’t working and I’m unable to watch tv and connect my Wi-Fi etc, he immediately came up and troubleshoot for me and fixed it for me before going back.
