I cannot fault this hotel. I am used to really high standard and this exceeded all expectations - it was simply wonderful. The interior and the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding and beautiful. The rooftop Sky bar was gorgeous and the drinks were great. The breakfast was stunning and the gym facility was good. The pool was also really cool. The staff were faultless and spoke good english and were so kind - especially the guys in Sky bar (who remembered us) and Luby who helped to check us in. I will 100% be back.

The environment is super good. There is a short passage leading to the Atlantis Hotel and the amusement park, and it shares a beach with the hotel. The store has good service, replies to messages quickly, and upgraded the room. The balcony of the room is a beautiful view of the sea and sky. There are Hainan delicacies coconut 🥥 chicken and dregs vinegar nearby. I came here to eat a Wenchang chicken every day, which is really not delicious enough. I also have to try the dregs vinegar. I recommend the mandarin duck pot. The dregs vinegar seafood in the Atlantis amusement park is recommended to add one. The hotel butler service is meticulous, the room facilities are complete, you can cook, the indoor and outdoor environment is first-class, and even the air is moist. It is very close to the duty-free shop and Wuzhizhou Island, and it is convenient for travel. Staying for five days and four nights in a row was an unforgettable and happy trip. I will come here again next time🥰🥰

There were 11 of us staying, and the housekeeper helped us upgrade to a larger villa. The living room was very spacious, and everyone could drink tea and chat around the round table. There was a mahjong table next to it, and a paddling pool at the door. The whole family gathered together and had a lot of fun. The swimming pool in the villa area was right outside the door, and the view was great. It was next to the Edition, and we could enjoy the swimming pool and gym facilities of the Edition. The housekeeper service was very good, and he even provided us with a car for free when we changed hotels on the third day.

This time, we went on a team building with clients. There were 9 people and we chose two villas. Everyone was very satisfied. Each room is equipped with a bathroom, and everyone has their own space. We were very satisfied. The villa is very large, with a balcony, a hanging chair, a swimming pool, and a mahjong table. When you don't go out, you can play mahjong and sunbathe. It's very relaxing. The butler service attitude of the villa is very good, and basically responds at any time. The environment in the villa area is also very good and very quiet. The villa shares a beach with high-end hotels such as Crowne Plaza. This beach is basically open to guests, so there are few people on the beach, which is relatively private, and the sea is also great. Next time I come, I will choose to stay here again.

Check-in and check-out as well as daily services were very smooth and in place, and basic needs were met. Insects are inevitable in the tropics, so be rational. The room facilities are a little under-maintained, and the cabinet doors creak loudly, which affects sleep. Especially the door of the living room bathroom, it is difficult to push without full strength. The parking space in the basement is very spacious, and the price is a bit expensive, capped at 30 per day. The swimming pool is very clean and well maintained. Overall, it is very affordable and comfortable.

The place was beautiful and very relax for stay. The location is Just a little far from the city but if you are planning to rest and have a nice time with your family ir friends, this place is perfect. I loved the view from the balcony, the pool and sky looks really pacefully. I recomend this place💯. The service was very Nice and they guya always kind and help you with the luggages because no there elevator Also they gave me a disscount because I wanted to change the room. Very Nice 😍

The staff was amazing and very helpful. I asked for early check in and immediately when the room was ready they texted me to come. The view is amazing and the bed is comfortable. Room is big and also shower. One thing thats i didn’t like is that when i entered the room there was a bad smell, but they came and put perfume to make it nicer. But day after i woke up and again was a bad smell from the skewer.

Super good, exceeded expectations. Unbeatable sea view, super large room, two bedrooms, very cost-effective. Regret only booking two nights. Highly recommended for family travel. The yard is five minutes to the beach, absolutely first-line sea view room,

The room is really big, clean, and the housekeeper is very friendly. It is close to the beach, Atlantis, Sanya Duty Free City, and Haitang Bay Global Food City. This is a very good choice. The stay is very comfortable, and the bed is just the right hardness. The parking fee is 20 yuan, hahahahaha. I will stay here again next time.

Huang Junkai at the hotel front desk provided excellent service. He introduced us to the surrounding attractions warmly and attentively. Check-in was quick and he also gave us free fruit. The room was spacious with a balcony. It was a great experience. I will come again next time!
