Overall stay was nothing short of amazing. Excellent service! The receptionist ensured a smooth and pleasant experience. He was very helpful, always communicating efficiently via WeChat, and extremely patient with me. The room was neat with all the necessary amenities provided and surprisingly spacious. There’s hardly any difference in the pictures on the platform versus reality. Along the beach front, there’s many bars, cafes and restaurants with plenty delicious food options. During the day, soak up the sun and lounge by one of many beachfront cafes, go for a swim (depth of the water is perfect!) or participate in water sport activities. The location is great, although it’s quite the distance from other tourist areas. Everything you need is just a few steps away. To top it off, they even offer ridiculously low rate photoshoot sessions and I received a complimentary photoshoot from the home stay 🤩 with a very talented photographer and tour guide, Tommy.

The hotel service was warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the rooms were cozy and spacious. The hotel's location was excellent, and the room prices were very reasonable – great value for money! I had more than just a comfortable and pleasant stay; I also experienced the warmth and charm of local life. That's my review of this hotel. Superb! It's right next to the Coconut Dream Corridor. Because of the typhoon, we extended our stay by two nights, and the receptionist upgraded us to a high-floor ocean-view room free of charge!

The high daily guest traffic alone speaks volumes about Guoguang's occupancy rate. Despite the crowds, their service capacity is excellent, a testament to its long-established five-star status. The location is also superb, just a 10-minute drive from Phoenix Airport, and the hotel's private access to the beach is incredibly convenient. We were choosing between two hotels and ultimately settled on Guoguang. For a week of dining, entertainment, and relaxation, Guoguang was absolutely perfect. A special thank you to our butler, KAY! Hearing we had a small child, she proactively upgraded us to a full sea-view room. Even with many guests, we arrived at noon and were able to check in almost instantly with virtually no wait. We will definitely choose to stay here again. Coincidentally, we experienced a stunning thunderstorm that very evening!

We arrived at the hotel around 6 PM on the 23rd. We had anticipated the typhoon would arrive at 8 PM as per the forecast, but it turned out to be inaccurate. Even at 10 PM, the pool was still bustling with people enjoying themselves. Later that evening, I took a stroll from my room to the observation deck at the end of the corridor and noticed that the staff had already prepared all the sandbags for flood prevention. The front desk staff were very friendly, and our butler, Luy, was incredibly thoughtful. They even arranged for a fruit platter to be placed in our room while we were out for dinner. I felt the value for money was excellent. The facilities are comprehensive, and there's a supermarket conveniently located right next to the hotel's elevators. The road outside the lobby entrance was undergoing repairs, but this didn't affect our ability to hail a taxi; cabs were readily available nearby. On pleasant days, it's also very convenient to walk to the local market for a meal. In the evenings, the hotel pool was lively with many children, and the staff were diligently supervising, blowing whistles, and giving reminders to ensure safety. It's very convenient for families with children, and the hotel's playground is also quite spacious. By the way, in the evenings, both older gentlemen and young people could be seen sea fishing downstairs. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and felt very welcoming. The scenery here is beautiful, regardless of the weather.

When I booked a hotel at the airport I thought it would be convenient, but it turns out that if you fly international flights it is not very convenient because the international terminal is in the next building. If you have a lot of suitcases it is difficult to move in that direction. The hotel is generally clean, but uncomfortable. The price is too high for such a service. It is not clear how to get to the ramp with luggage where the reception is located. If you don't want noise, take a room facing the inner courtyard. The personnel were kind in general.

The room was so beautiful, I just had to take photos to remember it. This is hands down the best value hotel I've ever encountered. I'm more than happy to leave a positive review! The cleaning staff and the front desk team were all incredibly warm and friendly. I often messaged the front desk to inquire about room availability, and their helpfulness and attitude were exceptional – I was truly touched. They always responded thoughtfully and with remarkable patience. I'll definitely be back! The ambiance and cleanliness were both fantastic. Overall, I had a wonderful stay.

The Sanya Hetai Chaoyue Seaview Hotel is conveniently situated at No. 76 Sanya Bay Road, just 4 km from Sanya Station and 12 km from the airport, ensuring easy access. The vicinity offers a variety of restaurants, including Xiaohaitun, Diadia Coconut Chicken, and Zaopocu, making dining and getting around exceptionally convenient. The front desk is located in the lobby on the first floor. While its design is quite standard, the check-in process was commendably quick and efficient. Rooms at the Sanya Hetai Chaoyue Seaview Hotel are designed with a focus on 'simplicity and comfort'. I stayed in the 'Yuexiang Garden View King Room'. It was fully equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, and featured a minimalist decor complete with effective blackout curtains. My room on the 5th floor provided an excellent, clear view of the gardens. Essential amenities such as WiFi, 24-hour hot water, and a high-speed hairdryer were available. The 30 sqm room boasted a comfortable 1.8-meter king-size bed with crisp, clean white bedding. The mattress offered medium firmness, the duvet was neatly arranged, and two pillows were provided. The refreshing white and blue walls contributed to a cohesive, warm, and comfortable atmosphere. The bathroom was brightly lit and fitted with an exhaust fan. It featured a dry/wet separation shower, offering strong water pressure for a very comfortable showering experience. The vanity was conveniently located within the bathroom, and a comprehensive set of toiletries was supplied. I'd like to extend a special commendation to the Front Office Manager for their excellent service attitude. Overall, the Sanya Hetai Chaoyue Seaview Hotel (specifically, the Cloud Residence Seaview Apartments) presents itself as a relatively upscale option, with most units offering stunning sea views. The entire property feels comfortable, clean, tidy, and secure. The surrounding area also benefits from well-maintained greenery, fostering a welcoming, home-like ambiance.

As one of Sanya Bay's long-standing premier hotels, the service here remains excellent. Due to our tight schedule, we only stayed in Sanya Bay for one day, which was a pity as this hotel is definitely worth a two or three-day stay. We booked a two-bedroom suite, and upon check-in, we discovered it was more like a private home with two bedrooms, a living room, and two bathrooms. The private lift access to the unit ensures great privacy, making it perfect for families seeking an undisturbed long-term stay. Here are some highlights: 1. The service is excellent. One night, I urgently ordered takeout, and the staff even helped deliver it directly to our room. 2. The location is superb. It's very close to the airport, and the First Market (a popular seafood market) is easily accessible whenever we wanted to go. But the absolute best feature is its beachfront – a long coastline with a gentle, shell-rich sandy beach, perfect and safe for young children to play freely. 3. There are plenty of activities. My little one especially loved the hotel's bottle-feeding fish activity. I didn't get a chance to take many photos, but if I visit Sanya Bay again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

Hoshino B&B is an absolute must-stay when you're in Sanya! The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the popular Tianya Town, and you can get there directly from the airport without any detours. The pure white, minimalist-style rooms are spotless. The 100-square-meter infinity pool is impeccably clean and perfect for stunning photos. The front desk staff are incredibly attentive, there are plenty of delicious and affordable dining options nearby, and it's close to all the major attractions. Plus, they offer a laundry room and a gym. What a truly comfortable and relaxing experience!

The room is all white and very clean, with a balcony where you can hang clothes. 😏 Just downstairs is the beach, and a short walk away there's a beach music bar at night. The restaurant on the first floor (basement level) right by the sea has a great atmosphere and delicious food. The owner was super enthusiastic and even helped us take photos! Plus, there's a pool for playing in the water, which the kids found incredibly convenient, and the adults loved for photo opportunities. Staying here for several days without moving around still provided new and exciting activities every day. Perfect for guests who enjoy longer stays and in-depth exploration.
