Right across the street from a pleasant beach, a short walk to plenty of restaurants, and only about 20 minutes to the airport. The staff greeted us and helped us bring our luggage all the way to the room. The room itself had a bathtub on the balcony overlooking the ocean. It was too cold to swim, but the pool looked amazing, with water slides and a floating obstacle course. There was a kid's playroom with hours of stuff for them to do. Lots of extras, like a nightly BBQ, fish foot baths, and various activities throughout the day. I wish I stayed here longer!

Thanks to Butler Wendy who is helpful in helping us upgrade to a Bigger and Better Sea View Apartment. It comes with a bathtub on the balcony. We just arrived at the hotel (after a red eye flight), she recommended a Coconut Chicken Hot pot next to the hotel and even brought us there. She constantly checks in with us to ensure that our stay is comfortable. Pros: 1. The location is convenient near the Sanya City so traveling around for food and attractions is easy with DiDi (taxi). 2. The bed is comfy. The apartment comes with a washing machine, fridge and induction cooker (but may have to ask them for the pots) 3. Breakfast is a good spread with Chinese and Western food options. Most importantly, breakfast time is till 1 pm. Cons: 1. Wifi is very very weak, and can't be used at all. And being a tourist (foreigner) we have to use our precious data roaming. 2. There is no chair and table at the balcony which does not allow us to sit and relax at the balcony. 3. The Swimming pool strangely is located outside of the hotel in a public space. So it feels weird going down for a swim. 4. There is no beach front but there is a beautiful pathway leading to Phoenix Island, so the walking and jogging is pleasant.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay; friendly staff, and ayi was excellent. Many restaurants and activities are nearby. Great walks along the beach. Good view from the room balcony, but could not stay out long, a construction happening next door. The front desk did not completed our checkout after we turned in our keycards When we tried to checkin to our next hotel, and found that we have not released from the hotel yet. We don't understand the process, therefore it could be trip.com or the hotel fault.

I took my mother with me during my pregnancy. My mother was allergic to seafood, so I chose a homestay specifically for the convenience of cooking. After checking in, I was really 100% satisfied. This price and service, Chinese people don't cheat Chinese people, it's really worth it! Don't worry! The location of the homestay is very good, very close to the airport, and you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. There are shopping malls and supermarkets opposite the community, and it only takes about 10 minutes to drive to the Yanglan Farmers Market, which is very convenient for buying vegetables and cooking. The boss is from Northeast China, the service is very thoughtful, and the problem is handled very promptly. When you call at the entrance of the community, he will come out directly to answer the phone. After checking in, the room facing the road feels a bit noisy, and the room is adjusted as soon as possible. The balcony room is also upgraded for free, which is a good experience. When I left, some luggage was pulled onto the electric car on the side of the road (yes, it's so outrageous), and the boss hurried down to help me find it and then called a car to send it to the airport. The boss doesn't talk much but responds very promptly, which is quite reliable. He really runs his homestay very carefully. The interior decoration of the room is simple and elegant, very clean. There were basically no mosquitoes during our stay. The kitchen supplies are all available, and the dryer is also very convenient. There is no need to worry about clothes not drying in Sanya on a cloudy day. If you rent a car, you can charge it directly downstairs in the community, and the parking fee is also very cheap. My mother also fell in love with this place after moving in, and plans to stay here next time. In short, it was a particularly wonderful trip to Sanya.

Our transport got us to the wrong location the first time, but after calling the front desk, the reception lady was very kind to quickly zip over on an electric scooter and brought us to the correct location which was just about 100m away. There were locals staying in the apartment block too, some accommodations were rented out for tourists. Comfortable 2-room private apartment for 4 adults, with 2 rooms and double beds, 1 common shower, wash area and toilet. Kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, crockery, cutlery and some food preparation tools. Living/dining room had a TV, coffee table, 3-seater sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. Balcony had a washing machine with capsule detergent, drying rack, a couple of outdoor chairs. A nice sea view awaits with views of surrounding apartments. Morning/afternoon sun shone onto the balcony nicely, providing warmth and excellent for drying clothes. Need to request floormat at the shower area, digital lock was hard to open at times, remote for TV wasn't working but reception resolved quickly. You can link up with reception via WeChat for any queries or requests. At ground level there're just 1 or 2 grocery shops and about 3 eateries, but not very lively. About 10mins walk, you can reach a shopping mall/arcade with a very large supermarket and there you can get lots of snacks, drinks and a variety of other day to day items. Lots of eating places at the shopping mall too. Although the apartment is quite out of the way, just call DiDi as its very fast to arrive and took us to many places.

I used to stay in five-star hotels when I went out, but after choosing this hotel, I realized that 300 yuan hotels have become so expensive. Except for the lack of functions, the design, decoration, supplies and services are no worse than those of five-star hotels. In fact, many aspects have completely changed. Better than those hotels. You can use the money you save to eat local snacks or experience various marine activities, which is better than lying in the hotel. I will stay here again when I come to Sanya

Really old resort back in early 2000s. Many idle facilities left to rot collecting dust. Breakfast buffet is heavily chinese oriented as expected. Not much suits even for our south east asian taste buds. The water park is quite sad because they make it seemed bigger than it actually is from promotional photos. And yes it is equally old water park. Location is very close to the train station so thats a plus point for us doing short stay in Sanya.

Got an upgrade to larger room, which was awesome! great and large room. Other facilities are also good, like pool and fitnessroom. There is busstation nearby to take you to the city. Definitely want to come back

The experience of staying in this B&B was beyond my expectation! The view of the sea view room is simply amazing. Standing in front of the window, you can see the boundless sea and your mood will be instantly healed. The room is clean and tidy, and the surrounding environment is quiet and peaceful, which is especially suitable for vacation and relaxation. The location is even better, quiet and convenient. You can walk downstairs to the beach about 50 meters away, and you can go to the beach for a walk and surf at any time. I must praise the owner of the B&B, who is so warm and thoughtful! On the first day, I found bugs in the room, and the owner immediately came to help kill the bugs in person, which was very efficient. In addition, beach hats are available downstairs for borrowing, and free water and refrigerators in the room are also available. All kinds of details have been considered. Here, you can enjoy the beauty of the sea and experience thoughtful service. It is highly recommended to friends who want to go on vacation at the beach!

The room is beautiful, and the front desk Beibei's service is very good. Two of us had gastroenteritis, and she ran to the health center to pick us up. Thank you very much. The home appliances are also smart. I recommend everyone to come and play. There is a popular beach downstairs
