From start to finish, her attentiveness, warmth, and thoughtfulness elevated our stay to a level beyond our expectations. Before our arrival, Farhana reached out to confirm our booking and inquire about any specific requests. When I mentioned it was our anniversary, she took note and ensured every detail was perfect. She even confirmed our expected arrival time to streamline the check-in process, showcasing her professionalism and care. Upon arrival, Farhana greeted us warmly and escorted us to a breathtaking Ocean View Suite, thoughtfully upgraded to enhance our stay. The room was pristine, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning view that took our breath away. To our delight, Farhana had arranged romantic decorations, a fresh fruit platter, and a beautifully crafted anniversary cake, setting the perfect tone for our celebration. On our second day, Farhana went above and beyond by securing us the best table at Ossiana Restaurant, where we enjoyed a mesmerizing view of the aquarium just steps away. The dining experience was flawless, complemented by the restaurant’s outstanding service. Later that afternoon, Farhana surprised us with a gorgeous flower bouquet and adorable whale dolls as anniversary gifts. These thoughtful gestures touched our hearts deeply and made our trip truly memorable. What sets Farhana apart is her ability to anticipate needs and add personal touches that other hotels or butlers might overlook. Every interaction with her was marked by genuine kindness, professionalism, and a passion for creating unforgettable moments. We are already looking forward to returning to Atlantis Sanya and requesting Farhana’s services again. I wholeheartedly recommend her and the hotel to friends, family, and anyone seeking a remarkable stay. If I could give 100 stars, I would—Farhana deserves every one of them! We spent our 10-day vacation at The Westin on Hainan Island. A very nice hotel with a great hotel complex. The hotel is beautifully located. The ocean and its great beach are just a few minutes' walk away, or you can also take the shuttle. The room was very spacious, very tidy, and clean. The breakfast was very good. The staff were all very friendly. Damon introduced himself to us upon arrival at the hotel. I was able to contact Damon at any time; no matter what questions or concerns I had, he took care of everything. Many thanks again to Damon. We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation at The Westin. Thank you very much.

We had a great stay in Sheraton. Staff were very cooperative especially Olivia at the front desk. She guided me for everything. Resort has many swimming pools of different depths. Environment was like a home. Room was very beautiful without any smell. Breakfast was very delicious. Few things which annoyed us was the long queue to wait for breakfast outside the feast restaurant and no air conditioner in the Lobby. It was too hot and humid in the lobby and it was too difficult to sit there for few minutes. Over all our stay was good and we will go there again.

They made the check-in process incredibly smooth and efficient, ensuring that I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident as they provided me with all the necessary information about the hotel amenities and local attractions.Assistant Front Office Manager May was kindly of my family. What impressed me the most was their willingness to go above and beyond to meet my needs. When I requested recommendations for restaurants and activities, they took the time to understand my preferences and offered personalized suggestions that greatly enhanced my stay. It's rare to find such knowledgeable and friendly staff who truly care about their guests' experiences. Additionally, the concierge team was equally remarkable. They were always available and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. Whether it was arranging transportation, booking excursions, or providing insider tips on the best places to visit, they did so with enthusiasm and efficiency. Their local knowledge was invaluable, and I felt confident exploring the area thanks to their guidance. The level of service I received from both the front desk and the concierge truly made my stay memorable. It’s clear that the staff at the Hyatt Regency Sanya Haitang Bay are dedicated to providing exceptional service, creating a welcoming atmosphere that sets this hotel apart from others. The closest railway station to this airport is yalong bay railway station which is about 25 mins away. We had a seaview room, offering unobstructed views of the sea. Check-in was smooth, and there was even a small room with light snacks which guests can wait in if the room is ready. One of the hotel staff - Minnie - added us on wechat. She constantly checked in on us by asking us how our stay was / whether we had a good night's rest and provided prompt replies on when we asked her for any help via the platform. Lounge was amazing, with plenty of food during tea and evening canapés. Tea time could get a bit busy, but other meal times were fine. The lounge staff were excellent - Nikki, Suki, Mia, Lilly and Lillian were friendly and helpful and provided exceptional service. Would certainly consider staying there again if we return. 离酒店最近的火车站是亚龙湾火车站。打车的话大概需要25分钟左右。我们的房间看得到海边，风景非常的美。酒店得到沙滩。入住很顺利。 大堂柜台minnie加了我们的微信，入住期间会问我们休息得怎样。我们有问题问她他也会及时的回复。 行政酒廊下午茶跟行政酒廊食物都相当的丰富。比起早餐/欢乐时光，去下午茶的人可能会多一些。想表扬行政酒廊的几个员工 - Nikki, Suki, Mia, Lilly and Lillian - 态度非常的好。服务很棒也很友善。 下回如果有再去海棠湾一定会在住这里。

This hotel was excellent. There are 2 pools, both very clean and large. The staff also frequently check the pool and maintain it in excellent condition. The highlight….the breakfast buffet was amazing!!!!! It had multiple stations including BBQ, noodles, traditional dim sum, western breakfast options, Thai/malay curry, pastries, desserts and an excellent assortment of fresh tropical fruit. They had guava, passion fruit and fresh melons. Would definitely come again and stay longer so that I can see other parts of the island.

Upon check-in at 4 PM, our room wasn't ready. We were upgraded to a room with a small plunge pool, but its edges were yellowish. The chef at the breakfast congee station had a poor attitude. The restaurant's linen seats and floor were dirty, and we were seated before cleaning was complete. Breakfast was also quite limited. Lobby signage was unclear, and it was often impossible to find staff for assistance. The photography service called me after 11 PM to arrange a shoot, but then no one contacted me even after the scheduled 2 PM time the next day. With a typhoon approaching, I simply left. The pool was quite good, with slides that adults could enjoy without long queues. Our butler, Mango, was quite helpful. The lantern lighting activity was interesting. However, only a small, insufficient amount of cocktails were prepared. Surprisingly, they also charged a deposit for the room booking. This is the first hotel in Haitang Bay I've stayed at that required a deposit.

Our room was facing the ocean. It was lovely to hear the waves while sleeping. The room was big and clean. The bathroom/dressing area was the same length of the room... lovely. The pool personnel was nice and friendly. One of the pools was closed, however the sea view pool was nice when it wasn't interrupted by guests shouting into their phones or smoking to the side. The wind blows smoke towards the lounge chairs, so smoking anywhere near the pool should be banned. Unfortunate that it isn't a rule for smokers to smoke nowhere in the vicinity of pools. The breakfast was nice in the selection. However, when screaming kids it turned what could have been a relaxing start to the day to one of wolfing down food to escape the chaos. Bus boys would look at our table with empty plates and just look... not take our plates away. Not sure why. We can speak Chinese and even if English scared them away, it was just a plate. Would I return? Yes, because of the lovely view from the room, the size of the room, the pool, the cleanliness, landscaping, and beach (size and cleanliness).

Perfect stay for a family of 4, from location, to room amenities from hotel facilities, everything was perfect. Incredible international breakfast, massages at the spa were the best relaxing treats after long days of fun. Outstanding concierge services, with English-speaking and friendly staff that helped me with all I needed, including restaurants and bookings of the aquarium and other activities. I've particularly enjoyed the fact that the Hotel was very close to everything, but way more exclusive and quiet than other luxury hotels around. The swimming pool was perfect and kids had fun renting the sub-robots, with extremely kind and helpful pool staff. Highly recommended, will definitely return.

If paradise had a check-in desk, it would probably look a lot like The Sanya Edition. From the moment I arrived, the service was so warm and attentive that I half expected them to read my mind (which, thankfully, they didn’t, because most of my thoughts were about whether it’s socially acceptable to eat dessert at breakfast). The food here is a real highlight—whether you’re after something refined or just comfort on a plate, every meal feels like a little celebration. I definitely left with a happier stomach than when I arrived. The personal service is truly exceptional: every member of staff goes above and beyond with genuine thoughtfulness. The concierge and valet team in particular made everything effortless, anticipating needs before I even realized them myself, and always with a smile. And the views? Honestly, unfairly beautiful. Between the shimmering ocean, the lush greenery, and the perfectly designed pool areas, it’s the kind of setting that makes you forget about emails, alarms, and, well, reality in general. In short: stunning surroundings, top-notch food, and service that makes you feel both special and completely relaxed. I came away feeling refreshed, spoiled, and already planning my “accidental” return.
