It was good.. if you are with small kids not over 6 is a good place but for beach forget this place..

The room is clean, and the overall atmosphere is excellent.

The stay at this hotel was great! The room was very spacious and nice. The bathtub was great and the outdoor patio was nice. The air conditioner didn’t work well in our room. The breakfast was yummy and they had very delicious French toast. The pool was ok but it’s not very deep so hard to actually swim in it. It’s close to the beach which is nice. I didn’t find many good restaurant options nearby tried one of the restaurants at the hotel and it was so good it was just alright. The service was great they helped us find cheaper rental car options locally and drove us there which was wonderful. They have a shuttle to some popular tourist places and the airport as well. Overall the hotel is good but quite far from the popular places in Sanya.

From our arrival to our departure, the staff was extremely helpful. The check-in process went very quickly, and our room was cleaned daily. The doorman at the hotel helped us with the strollers and luggage whenever we left the hotel.   Although there are many restaurants nearby, it would be helpful to provide clear directions, especially for those who do not understand Chinese. Despite the hotel's location being a bit far from everything, there is a beach within walking distance, and Didi rides are affordable. The resort vibe of the hotel makes up for any travel costs.   Additionally, there is a bus shuttle available to some tourist attractions, but arrangements should be made 24 hours in advance. The bed was very soft and comfortable, with clean bedding. My family and I enjoyed our stay, and the private pool was the highlight of our time at the hotel.   Overall, we would definitely recommend it.

The service I received during my stay was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly, knowledgable and helpful, especially Ms Molly Wang, she was so patient in answering all my questions. As it was my first time stay in your hotel, her voluntary guidance and help was much helpful during my trip. I will come back for more stays.

All service are sophisticated, especially 王木木’s support is swift and polite. I would like to stay at this hotel next time coming to Hainan island.

Hotel is not bad, but the location isn’t really good. 7/10 Over all it’s good

The hotel was very nice clean comfy beds and a decent breakfast. However get to breakfast early and it's get over crowded real fast. The only negative thing I have to say is that in the evening the pool closed really early and the guests were very noisy every night we were there.

The hotel service is very good. We booked 2 lagoon pool rooms. Beck, the duty manager, called us in advance and arranged us in adjacent rooms according to our needs. We also added toiletries for the children. We also helped add a bed guard. The service was warm and attentive. The pool room is very popular with children. It is convenient for swimming and swimming rings are provided. The hotel transportation is also convenient. There is a shuttle bus. You can make an appointment in advance. I will choose here again next time if I have the chance.

I liked everything. Quiet, calm place, a room with a pool is a must-have in such hot weather. The sea is 5 minutes away through the villas and a small park with palm trees. Special thanks to Molly Wang and Wiliam Huang ❤️ I recommend it.

I booked four rooms for this business trip. Beck, the manager on duty, contacted us in advance and helped arrange them on the same floor. He also asked about my arrival time and room preference. The hotel environment is good, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the scenery is beautiful. Breakfast was good too. The hotel swimming pool is very good. I went back to the hotel for a swim in the evening. This trip is very satisfactory and worth recommending.
