It was very nice, the room was a little small, especially considering there were multiple people staying in it.

Small room but very cosy, sufficient for budget travel. A nice sitting area.downstairs. We were assisted.by a very friendly clerk l,Absir, at the front desk.He kindly arranged backstreet.room for me.

City center. 5 mins walk to downtown and China town

I get a free upgrade to single room which is nice. Yet one thing unacceptable is the staff open my door while I am sleeping, saying he doesn't realize this room is occupied. Other than that, the room is clean and modern.

Found Hotel is a really wonderful place to go and stay. Situated near Boston Common, it provides accessibility to travellers especially those that are new to the city. It's near train stations too. I was given a free room upgrade when I checked-in and was provided the most excellent customer service by Kendall. She is a really wonderful person. She patiently provided me with all the answers to my questions. 🙏 All the other receptionist I talked to were super helpful as well. The room was fantastic too and I got what I needed for the stay. Hopefully I can come back soon. ❤️

The rooms are so so but very very good location easy access to eveything

Great location, as you can walk from hotel to some tourist attraction. Easy check in/out process.

Very sufficient for a short stay, basic, clean and good location. However, noise from street (not hotel's fault) is super loud for rooms facing that direction. Especially on a Saturday night - no rest, bring earplugs.
